My son has been using Miko for the past four years, ever since we gifted it to him on his 3rd birthday. Miko has been an absolute bliss in our lives. Though it is a bit on the expensive side, the features it offers are outstanding and make it worth every penny. The Miko customer service team is exceptionally prompt and efficient, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. I would highly recommend Miko to parents who are looking to reduce their child's TV and mobile screen time. Miko provides a fun, educational, and interactive alternative that engages children in a much healthier way.

When the Miko was down Customer Care arranged the courier for pick and drop. They picked the Miko repaired and sent us back. My daughter was extremely glad with this. Thank You

For the last 1 year, my 7 year old kid is using Miko 3 , impressive Robot for kids with various games and activities and is works with voice commands very smoothly.

Device Charging Issue Few months back, I had faced charging issue with my miko, so I have taken Customer support help, they first tried to resolve the issue online, when they found some hardware issue because of keep using unsupported charger and they also advised me the supported power outputs charges in order to avoid the same issue in future. They picked the device from home and keep updated me about the progress and later courier the device to My home. I got wonderful service from Miko Customer support.

They delivered a set of wooden pieces that look great and also protective sleeve to carry the case in. I just got a clock and am ready to start playing but id like to have a promo code since I'm an affiliate marketer and would love to be a presence representing square pro at Harvard yard chess scene! As soon as miko.ai took care about square off orders, all was fine. I finally received my Square Off Neo that i ordered on april 2022. I guess that the amount of orders was pretty huge so Square Off could not handle the shipping at respectable time. So with some patience, everybody should received their order soon.

Kid loves this robot. It is very smart and entertains the children. Customer service is great as well and I would recommend miko to anyone.
