Do NOT order this. It's been 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. Their customer support is terrible. They only give automated responses and have been telling me they'll get "back to me in 24 hours" for over a week. Their website says that they ship within 3 business days, but this is a lie. They also refuse to refund or even provide an estimate for when the product will ship. I do not trust this company at all. Edit: their reply here says they’re going to take care of this for me, but they haven’t! It still hasn’t shipped. It would be far too late now for it to arrive for my daughters birthday and I’ve had to order a replacement gift. Just give me a refund and cancel the order already!

I ordered a chess board through Square Off in 2019. Then Miko bought Squareoff in 2023, but there has been nothing delivered. Miko has offered a kids robot as a replacement, but this is not acceptable and there is no clear commitment to deliver the Chessboards to Australian customer in a reasonable timeframe (mid 2024 ???). I really don't like this company because they are either unwilling or unable to honour their agreements. If Miko deliver the product that has been paid for then I am willing to change this review.

Would not recommend, robot gets confused, does not understand well, but the worst of all after cancelling my max subscription twice already they still deduct the money every year. Worst company

I've recently bought a miko 3 robot want to talk to a representative n nobody has called me back is been 2days already.

Lying, cheating, blackmailing buyers. Trying to change a Neo Chessboard with a stupid robot.

This company are lying thieves - ask anybody on their kickstarter campaign (I almost said recent - but they stole the money 4 years ago now).

I have to echo others comments about the Square Off chess boards. I actually received a board last year, but it has not worked since Day 1. I do everything they ask, even posting videos of the machine making terrible noises and not moving pieces. Then I hear nothing for weeks until I get an email saying my case have been closed, hope I am satisfied with the outcome. What Outcome, I want a chess board that works as promised.

Compagny is a scam. 4 years since we wait our chessboard. We are hundreads like that.
