Miko Robot USAReviews of miko.ai

Early supporter of Square Off - ordered the Square Off NEO via Kickstarter. After almost 5 years I did not receive anything whist being in contact with their "support" for quite a few months now. Miko bought the square off company and just stop the new and swap board production.

Early supporter of Square Off - ordered the Swap back then via Kickstarter. After almost 5 years i did not receive anything whist being in contact with their "support" for quite a few months now.

Thanks for reply to my original complaint (below). I have already made several attempts to understand the delay to delivery and asked for a commited delivery date. There has been no explanation for the delay and all of the dates provided are now in the past - nothing delivered ! I am not the only one suffering and surely you know who has outstanding orders without forcing everyone to contact your support staff ! ---- Miko bought the SquareOff company and with that the responsibilitiy to deliver products to customers who funded the squareoff products. Sadly Miko have not demonstrated interest in meeting these commmitments or being honest about these commitments. Very disappointed and not to be trusted.

It’s a scam!! Support team is just repeating same letters with different names in it. No product, no money back. I was waiting for more than a YEAR!

Still waiting for my Square of Board! When do you sent it to me?

Ordered a SWAP chess board on Januari 10 2020, untill today, still have not received it. They do not take their responsibility and just completely ignore you. They stole thousands of dollars / euros from people and they think they can get away with it... For me it was "only" 189USD... excluding shipping and tax that I had to pay afterwards. I would recommand to everybody to never ever buy from this company!

Failed to deliver Miko acquired Squareoff Chessboards after 5 years!

Was charged the subscription fee after cancellation. Will not refund and there is no way to cancel future charges. The robot itself needs specific commands to follow, like ‘Miko, let’s dance.’ Normal conversation such as ‘hey let’s start dancing’ doesn’t work. There isn’t much available unless you want to pay the $99/yr fee and even then it doesn’t work. I signed up for the free trial, cancelled account and was still charged.
