Asked me to review on Google Play in return for premium app access. I don't think you can trust the 5* reviews, some read very fishy to me. I haven't received my bag and premium wood chess pieces (ordered from Squareoff, but when Miko bought Squareoff, they buy their debt). I contacted support, they offered 6 months premium app access and ignored the real issue. They contacted me several times by email chasing the review, but ignored my problem. I also contacted them by WhatsApp and they have ignored it completely. AIfter 6 months app access I would still not have my bag and pieces, so that's a rather rubbish deal really.

Absolute horrific customer service I got two of these for my sons for Christmas and neither of them really liked them that much so I tried to send them back. I wasn’t sure I wanted to send both back so I went through a bunch of annoying hoops, but eventually got a label and sent the one back mind you these are like two weeks old. Nobody’s really played with them or anything and now I’m trying to send the second one back and I cannot get anybody to respond and it’s been a week and a half I am done. I am really upset. This is wrong. It’s criminal

I ordered a Miko robot on December 13th, and I still haven’t received it. The payment was charged immediately, but the product never arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but instead of providing a solution, they kept stalling with vague responses and no real action. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I feel scammed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone—it feels completely untrustworthy. Proceed with caution if you decide to buy from here.

Awful company to deal with. Delivered a faulty product and demanded that we either pay money to have it replaced or they would part refund the product.

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY! THE MIKO IS GARBAGE!!! Can’t even get a representative to do anything about it!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP! Haha they say to reach back out to them … BUT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY! Extremely RUDE! Can’t TALK TO ANYONE on the phone! The one time I demanded they talk to me over the phone the “rep” hung the phone up on me! The chase continued!! TRUST ME… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Any “positive” review is LIES and was Paid for by the company! The battery literally last 8 hours IF it is not used!

This company is utterly enreliable. They claim to handle your order and send it, but nothing ever arrives, and they refuse to issue refunds. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away. They are scammers and thieves.

This company is a complete scam. They make you believe your order is being processed, but nothing happens. They make you think they’ll send it, but it never arrives. Then they’ll tell you to be patient. After nothing happens, you’ll ask for a refund, which they’ll never give you. In short, it’s a scam. Avoid this company at all costs. I still haven’t been refunded, and my son’s Christmas is ruined. In short, stay away—they are thieves. Don’t let yourself be fooled. As usual, they apologize, send emails, but keep the money while the client loses everything. A response that speaks volumes.
