Fantastic rolling electronic chess board and pieces
Fantastic rolling electronic chess computer board, perfect for portability. Great for holidays and easy store and the app is great for learning complete with AI and 20 levels of difficulty. The plastic pieces are nicely weighted and setup and connection to the app via Bluetooth. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a portable quality full size chess set.

Excellent customer service!
My kids love using Miko. It's like having a playmate you don't have to feed. The best part is the customer service. I had a problem with the app. I contacted them, we set up a virtual meeting so I could show them in person, and the problem was fixed that day. They are very responsive and friendly.

Miko 3 Support was outstanding
Miko 3 Support was outstanding. We bought it at an estate sale, but it was associated with someone else's email address and phone number. So I reached out to support and they contacted the original owner and got permission to reset the device to factory settings. It's now set up with my credentials on the app on my phone. The kids love it. Great product and even better support. Thank you Vinesh!
