It sounds like you might have purchased the wrong skin for your device, although unfortunately it's difficult to know without further details. However yes, a small processing/restocking fee can apply in the case of an accidental/unwanted order. However it sounds like there may be some confusion; we ship most orders via UPS Mail Innovations, a joint service between UPS and USPS in which UPS carries the package to the destination post office and then hands it off for Last Mile Delivery. Full tracking is available from UPS, while USPS tracking will not begin until after the handoff, so if you were using USPS tracking only it may look like there was no movement on the item for several days. We ship most orders within two business days.
