The absolute BEST customer service! Our dog recently thought going after a skunk while standing right in front of our HVAC unit was a good idea (it wasn't), leaving us with the most horrific smell throughout our house. We have an odd-shaped air filter, and after reading that charcoal air filters might help, I emailed Filter King. Ray was wonderful! He responded quickly to my emails, understood and empathized with our predicament and went out of his way to get our order shipped as quickly as possible. I'm sure there are shipping procedures in place, but he went above and beyond making extra effort to help us out when we really needed it. It's not often you come across this kind of customer service anymore, and I wanted to make sure Ray and Filter King get some well-deserved recognition. Thank you so much, Ray! I ordered filters and they were delivered fast. The quality is similar to what you can purchase at your local box stores but at a more reasonable price.

The size I ordered didn’t work as I would have liked, so I contacted them and Ray Laguna quickly got back to me. He was so understanding and sent me a better size. I have ordered from Filter King before and their filters are of a good quality. This year when I put in my order, I ordered the wrong size! I didn't realize it for awhile as I didn't need to change my filter yet. However, when I realized that I'd ordered the wrong size I emailed them to find out how I could return the wrong size and reorder the correct size. Filter King responded within 24 hours and said they'd already shipped the correct size and I didn't need to return the other filters! I can donate them to someone and that makes me happy. FK was great to work with and I will continue to get our furnace filters from them.
