I love the Mighty Nest approach to helping people help the planet. Getting an eco-friendly product every month, at an incredibly reasonable price, makes it so easy to start making the necessary changes to protect the planet and our future as a civilization. Mighty Nest also has exceptional customer service. I ordered some gifts for Christmas and my order was lost by the postal service. I alerted Mighty Nest. They tracked it from their end and when the post office couldn't find it, Mighty Nest sent out my complete order again and over-nighted it to me at no additional cost, so I would be able to give my gifts to their recipients on time. They've come through for me on a number of occasions, for a variety of reasons and they're always kind, respectful and helpful. These qualities have been lost in customer service in recent years, so those who continue to go above and beyond, will always have my business. I love Mighty Nest and look forward to putting together gift packages for more people for birthdays and Christmases for many years to come, and hopefully get many more people involved in saving our planet, one month at a time.
