Fun monthly subscription
Although I have been happy with the quality and value of the items that I have received, I would like to see more personal and cleaning products and less food storage items in the fixes.

I wish I could see or choose the fix…
I wish I could see or choose the fix each month. Sone stuff I already have an option for and don’t need or want another.

Hi Jamie, The Mighty Fix surprise is actually not assigned until the day your order ships, so there is no way to know what it is before it ships out. There is a Swap feature is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. It basically pauses your surprise shipment for a month and gives you the ability to purchase anything from the Swap Store instead. You can access this feature from the My Account page under "Choose My Fix" or with the link below: https://mightynest.com/choose-my-fix If you choose to Swap, you will pay the full listed price for that item instead of your $10 monthly fee. If you have a prepaid subscription, your $10 monthly credit will be applied to your swap item and any remaining balance will be charged to your card. Hope that clarifies the program a bit and gives you some options for future Fixes!

Mighty Fix!
I subscribe to the monthly Mighty Fix and have loved getting different products each month (and love the option to add different things from the site to my order). The only thing I wish is to be able to tell MightyNest what I already own, so I don't get duplicates where I don't need them. (They do track this on their end with orders with their website.) Also, a few months ago I had an issue with an order, but the team was quick and responsive - great customer service!

It's a home run
I would guess that during the time I have had my subscription that I have enjoyed using about 90% of the items that I have received. This service introduces me to many products I was unaware of.
