Hi Maria, Thank you for trying out the MightyFix subscription. We sincerely apologize that we missed your previous inquiry. We do reply to each email and voicemail. One of our customer service representatives has reached out to you directly to get this resolved. ​ We carry items from about 120 different manufacturers and they are all made in different places. The majority of our skincare and cleaning supplies are made in the USA but we also carry items manufactured in Europe, China, Thailand, and other parts of the world. The manufacturing information should be listed at the bottom of the product description on the product page. If you ever find an item that does not have manufacturing information, let us know and we'll be sure to add it! It is very important to us to carry products made in America, but our goal is to carry a wide variety of high-quality safe products and sometimes these products are almost impossible to find manufactured in the US. We hope to see more products manufactured in America in the future, but for now we must stick to our priority, which is safety. There are some materials, such as stainless steel, that are virtually impossible to find manufactured anywhere but China, India or Japan. In these cases, we ensure our vendors have close relationships with the factories where their products are manufactured and visit them periodically. We are always taking suggestions though, so if you find alternatives made in the US please do pass them along to us!

Hi Mel Thank you for sharing your feedback and for trying out the MightyFix subscription. The annual MightyFix subscriptions do convert into a month to month program upon their completion. We love hearing feedback and our customer service team is eager to help you get the most out of each Fix by providing additional usage tips and details and context about the importance of each Fix product and why we've curated it as an essential component to healthy sustainable living. All of the Fix items in our lineup retail between $10 to $16 plus we offer free shipping for these items to customers in teh 48 contiguous states. We are still a relatively small company so do not have the same margins that superstores like Walmart, Target and Amazon are able to offer. We purchase all or inventory directly from the manufacturers and are obligated to MAP pricing (minimum advertised pricing) that is set by the distributor/manufacturer meaning we cannot offer it at a lower price than what they allow. Generally this price is slightly higher that what the manufacturer offers as their own selling price to ensure secondary vendors don't undermine their own sales. Superstores that purchase in extremely high volumes or use third party clearance sellers are subject to different pricing regulations which is why they are able to offer lower prices. We always extend best pricing available to our customers and our Mighty Fix Members also get access to our Member Only Deals which include special pricing on certain items that we negotiate with the manufacturers.
