Love the customer service and the products!

Some of the products are more useful than others and the variety of options for products recieved could be expanded. I do enjoy discovering and adding eco friendly products to my life.

The company seems good and they took care of a return I had although did tell me that normally they wouldn't have processed the return for a defective item without my paying return shipping which is why I only do the monthly subscription I'll never buy a product from them again if that's the policy. The items in the nest are always innovative and new and what's why I still get it. The problem is many of the products aren't that great, don't work as well as they should or are way over priced. Basically, it's about average in rating when you put it all together some good some negative. I'll keep the subscription as long as I continue to receive products I didn't know about previously. Once it gets past that point I'll just buy products directly from cheaper source.
