I love Mighty Fix! Great products and the monthly subscription is like a fun gift!

It's always nice to use re-usable items that save space.

Love receiving my boxes every month. It is so much fun to see what my next surprise is. And the fact that it is all sustainable and eco-friendly makes it win-win.

I have really enjoyed my subscription! Something new each month! I have found a few favorites along the way!

Products are lovely; customer service is not. Brooke spread misinformation about post office services (blaming them). Even worse, she promised me more than once that Might Nest would redeliver my package then ultimately told me they would not. This apparently made the products I added to my order and still wanted unavailable to repurchase (zero left in stock, one each left abandoned at your local post office per postal delivery tracking). Her lack of correct information was frustrating and disappointing. However, her customer service skills were abominable. Brooke talked over me while I spoke. Brooke sighed loudly and voluminously while I was speaking. These behaviors are unacceptable. When I called her on these behaviors she did not respond but again told me how she could not help me because they were refusing to pick up the package that was returned to them to return to me despite 3-5 emails stating this would be taken care of. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she informed me SHE was the manager. Poor behavior in any worker is time consuming to a business owner to remediate. Poor behavior in CSReps is time consuming and revenue-losing. This long-term customer is finished with Might Nest.

I'm loving it! So far everything I've gotten has been fantastic...some of which I've been eyeing for ages so was super excited to see it in my box. Other things I've gotten and been surprised and really happy with, even if they were completely new to me!

After joining mighty nest I have used so many things that I would never think to try on my own. I have loved and used every product I have received and rave about the monthly subscription to anyone I know who is trying to produce less waste and save themselves some money!

I really like most of the products, and found them very useful. I even ordered more of certain ones. There were a few that weren’t quite as useful to me. But, it’s still worth it.
