I LOVE LOVE LOVE MightyNest. I love the surprise every month. I continue to use several of the products and have purchased several as gifts. This is one of the best subscriptions I have ever done!!!!!

I have been using mighty nest regularly for the past 2 years. I love their products and their mission, but what just happened to me I feel is completely unacceptable. I received a credit card processing error because my last card had been stolen and canceled. I didn't have time to go on to my account and fix it and just figured that this month would either be skipped or my membership would be canceled. However, the following day I received an email saying that my shipment have been processed. When I logged on to my account I noticed that my new card number but with my old address was now on there without me ever entering it on their site. I feel like that is a complete invasion of privacy and is unacceptable. I will be canceling my subscription and finding my own clean sustainable alternatives from now on.

Some of the monthly surprise items were not that great or useful but I gifted the stuff I couldn’t use it already had to family.

I love their products and feel like they really take the time to make sure it's a quality product. I haven't needed to contact customer service that often, but when I do, they respond quickly.

It's great to receive something new every month I also certain things on their page
