I responded to an email mighty nest sent asking my thoughts on a product. It had broken prematurely so I explained that and without my even asking mighty nest replaced the product at no cost.

I love MightyNest! I receive an earth-friendly, useful item every month. Some I would purchase again, some maybe not. But I am happy to try out alternatives to plastic and one-use items. Thank you MightyNest!

I have loved Might Nest! It is great to get a new product that I may not have known about to test out and see if it fits within my household. I love that all the products are conscience about the environment. I have found many products that I now order because I loved how it worked.

I had called to update my card information and was a little upset when told to go into my account and do it myself or leave a msg which I did. I then got a "chat" with a very nice person who over the system walked me through making the change myself. It really was easy but when you don't have a lot of computer know how, it can be daunting. I then got confirmation that my information had been updated. So, it really wasn't bad at all. Thank you for my computer lesson of the day!
