The product is very useful and made well.

I get to try all the newest eco friendly products. Things I didn't even know were available for the consumer. I love that I can adjust the frequency of my shipments as well as the mailing address to coordinate where I am (I often take care of grandchildren in another state). I have since become more conscious of the effects of household cleaners and such on the environment. I have also found favorites and now use only those products!

I always find the products to be beneficial and I adore the deliveries. Since not all of my friends are familiar with using an e-certificate, I wish there was a better way to gift it. When it was first given to me, I was unaware that I needed to take any action. The gift giver mentioned that I needed to go online and begin the subscription when I realised I hadn't gotten any shipments.
