I have had to make last minute changes to orders and it's been handled cheerfully and professionally. I would recommend this company to friends and coworkers.

I had ordered a few pull over sweatshirts (Hoodies) and then to get a call stating that they can not get them. I had to call my husband on location which is very dangerous to find out what other size he may want, but I canceled they entire order and ordered from elsewhere.

I'm happy with the product purchase and the cost of it as well.

I looked long and hard for a shirt like this. It didn't take much to get them as I REALLY wanted them. Off came the pocket buttons and the stitching for for pen retention. The pricing was great, but I thought the S&H was high. When I need more, I'll be back.

I have always had great communication when items are back ordered, shipped, completed, etc. Customer service means more to me than lowest price.

Had to call in because the jacket I ordered was too small. Made the exchange as easy as can be and answered my questions very thoroughly.

I have ordered three times from you guys and the last two times I've been bad experiences. Either the inventory wasn't there or the sizes wasn't there and it pushed my order out. The first time it happened I wasn't even informed it was taking a long time and I had to call myself to see what's going on with my order.

I have purchased from Midwest Workwear a few times. My only complaint is that I have received an email later that the item that I purchased was out of stock. They need to keep current stock info up to date for costumers to see when making purchase.
