I ordered my items on a Friday. I called on Tuesday to see how long shipping generally took. The person was very helpful and polite. The items were delivered on Wednesday! Wonderful experience, will definitely order future FR items from Midwest Workwear!!

I placed my first order with Midwest, when it came and I opened the package ,no shipping order .Not a good start with your company, the pants that came are too big and too long .

I place an order on September 4, 2016. My order is still processing. I emailed Midwear Workwear and on Tuesday, Sept.15th I received an email from them telling me that I should receive an email by the next day (Wednesday) with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number but if I don't receive one to call or email them back. Well this is Friday, Sept. 18th and I emailed them back today and told them that I haven't received the confirmation or tracking information on my order. I am going to give them one more week and then I will cancel the order.

Purchased two pair of overalls as a gift to a friend. Order placed on a Friday or Saturday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Will be placing more orders in the future

took my money then no notice saying there was a delay. After a week I contacted them. It was one excuse after another with no offer to make it right. Will never use them again!!

I completely want to thank Midwest Workwear for their customer service and great product. I purchase garments bi-annually and am always satisfied and happy. I accidentally clicked the wrong button on a size. Customer service recognized that emailed me made the fix and never skipped a beat and got me what I wanted minus the error. Not too many companies would reach out and do that after the purchase button was selected. Midwest Workwear took the time to do it right. I will continue shopping with Midwest Workwear and I encourage many more people to do the same.

The pants I ordered happened to be out of stock, so customer service called and asked if I could wait a week or so while they ordered them in. I was in no particular hurry, so told them that was fine and they arrived in the specified time. All in all a good experience.
