I don’t know why so many people have had bad experiences but they stocked a rare part that I needed at a good price and they got it to me fast!

Honestly no idea how or why Midway has such bad ratings (they shpuld not take the blame for shipping at least). I’ve found them on Ammoseek. Right now ordering ammo is so difficult anywhere in the country. They had some rifle ammo available for 25-40 cents less than others (I’m talking about you price gouging businesses), still 40 cents above the regular prices, but these aren’t regular times on the market. I placed an order on Wednesday and I was surprised to get a shipping notification (well, the label was created at least) the same day. Based on the other reviews I was not expecting that. Saturday morning I had the shipment in my hands. Three days from MO to FL. That’s pretty good overall service if you are asking me.

Exceptional Service! Have placed multiple orders over last several months and MIDWAY continues to exceed my expectations. By far and away light years ahead of most arms vendors in both prompt order fulfillment and rapid shipping! Email Communication from order verification to shipping to parcel tracking is exceptional. Couldn’t be more pleased that I found a vendor that has most items in stock and one that fills and ships orders next day in most cases. In this day and age of EVERYONE blaming COVID for terrible service, no excuses from MIDWAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, FREE AMERICANS NEED THEIR TOOLS!

When reading reviews am conscious bad ones and good ones always exist, but how do you really gauge them and are they a general reflection of company? However ordered even though recent bad comments as prices were good. Well couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. They shipped the items the same day of the order and arrived ahead of time.

I have purchases from MidwayUSA on many occasions and have always had very good service and prices.

The reviews around the time I purchased my product 12/16/20 were extremely negative. As they all focused around shipping issues (timeliness of order processing and handoff on free shipping option), I paid for expedited shipping. The failure seemed to focus on the handoff between UPS and USPS (USPS probably too focused on rigging the election!). Ultimately, I purchased my product for ~$1000 below MSRP, paid a little extra for next day shipping, and received it... the next day. Realistically, any shipping option other than the free shipping probably would have worked just fine.

I recently placed my first order with midway USA. I was a little concerned after seeing so many negative reviews about them on websites like this one but took a chance on them because the walther magazines I needed aren’t very common and the few places online that actually had them wanted $25-$30 per magazine plus tax and shipping. Midway had them on sale for $10.81 each for the exact same magazine(actually made by walther). After tax and shipping I ended up getting two for around $30. They shipped the day after I ordered them and I actually received them four days after I placed the order. No issues at all and I will certainly order from them again in the future when they’re offering the best deal on items I want.

Ups and usps lost my order from midway, didn’t receive it on date I should’ve..so I called midway and they immediately sent out a new order (same stuff I ordered the first time) and it was in my mailbox in less than 3 days with upgraded shipping. Midway is an exceptional company and has done nothing but impress me with their ability to restock inventory, fulfill orders and even make right of wrongs that weren’t in anyway their fault. Trust that midway will have your back, even through the worst.
