As an LEO, I tried to place an order for gun that I have the proper letter and credentials for. They advised they can't sell the gun, which is their rules. They also would not let me speak to anyone else other then the customer service guy on the line. I asked him several other questions, which he could not answer. Sad to see a company not law enforcement friendly. A dept wide email will be sent out to not use midwayusa for gun parts or accessories. I will also be passing this along to my other law enforcement friends in other depts. What a joke.

Horrible shipping. Anyone can write up a shipping label. They just can't put it on a shipping box. Either that or it's not in stock and they are lying about it. Don't trust them.

There speedy delivery sucks I have orderd things from other company’s farther away from me than them got it way sooner and they charge way more for shipping than other company’s sorry but it’s true

Really don’t deserve the one star! They have horrible customer service and they don’t have the speedy delivery service that they claim to have. They will take your money and do whatever and don’t care if you don’t have what you paid for!

I placed an ammo order along with some chokes at a good discount and attached my FFL03 & COE license. They declined it and canceled the order without even giving me a chance to provide any FFL. They're just greedy—they removed the discounts from my items, and now you can't buy them at that price again. Very disappointing. I've ordered ammo from many shops, but these guys make up their own rules. I will never come back. Bad business in the heart of America.

I placed two orders on 2/5/25 I received one on 2/10/25 the second one according to the USPS tracking the number that Midway sent me isn’t even in their system, I contacted Customer Service at midway and they act like they don’t even care. I will NEVER buy anything else from them.😡😡😡😡😡

I contacted Midway today for help. They charged me $13.99 shipping which is for UPS expedited but when I contact them they tell me it was shipped economy and it goes through UPS and then gets transferred to USPS. That's not what I paid for. If I wanted economy I would have opted for the $8.99 option. The package was supposed to arrive today but hasn't updated in five days. I chose what I did to help get it to me faster and without issue. That clearly hasn't happened. They mishandled my order and now I'm sitting on my hands and they don't care enough to look into it at this point. They said I needed to wait 11 more days before they would do anything. 16 days total? Really! It has to be lost for 16 freaking days before they care enough. I'll never order anything else from them. I couldn't figure out why I had two different tracking numbers but now I know. What a nightmare. Buyer beware. They brag about fast shipping and customer care but that's just a joke. Good luck

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Midway USA. They kept canceling my orders, claiming it was due to "security reasons." Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to provide any clear explanation or assistance. It felt like they were doing everything possible to prevent me from making a purchase. The lack of transparency and poor customer service was infuriating. Each time I reached out, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed indifferent to my concerns. It's unacceptable for a company to treat its customers this way, especially when there's no valid reason for the order cancellations. Midway USA has lost my business for good. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value a smooth and respectful shopping experience. There are plenty of other retailers out there who actually care about their customers and won't treat them like nuisances.
