Same problems as everyone else. I ordered a scope and it was never shipped. After a couple weeks I emailed them and got no response and chatted them and got no information. Finally I called and after a ridiculous wait I was told the scope was not available. I asked why they didn't notify me. They said they didn't have that capability in their system. Huh??

Ordered on Dec 1st, items marked "shipped" on Dec 2nd. As of Dec 9th, USPS states they have not received the package. CS claims they shipped it and have record of it leaving but will not provide that record. First and only purchase I will make from Midway.

You would expect an order to arrive anywhere between 3 to 5 business days.. IF you order from MidwayUSA expect more like 3 to 5 business weeks ! Unbelievable ! Never again !

Continuously try as I may to like the business. Each time of trying fault bites me in the bottom. I live less than 1.5 hours east from this place. Every time I order the idiots send my shipment 120 miles further east to Columbia Missouri. Then send it back to Kansas City. When discussed with this clan of wizards. They tell me to pay more for better shipping. NAH, that means I pay more for them to screw up my shipment and not get a refund. Never to purchase from them again!

I ordered a product from this company because it was slightly less than buying from Amazon. After completing the order, I was informed via email that it would take almost 2 weeks to receive it. This in and of itself is ridiculous. I would have received my order within 2 days from Amazon. The delivery date came and went, and no delivery. I was never updated regarding anything with this order, including receipt date. I emailed their customer service department, as there was over a three hour wait both times I called their customer service department via phone. I was emailed back two days later that they could not discuss this order via email, and to call their customer service department for help. All this over a $20 item. Screw this ridiculous company, never again. Stay away at all costs. Apathetic from top to bottom.

Midway will not credit my card for 30.00 because my card was compromised. And closed so I added a new card. And refuse to credit the new card.there keeping my 30.00 store credit. I want my card to be credited back. There crooks. Customer Service sucks. They can shove the money you know where. They can't be trusted

disputed shipping charges and was successful in getting the charges dropped via the charge card company. After a few months placed another order and was informed that the order would not be placed until i paid them back the disputed amount along with several fees they incurred because they did not respond in a timely manner. Absurd and ridiculous.

They advertise a product that they do not have and then send you a different product. When I contacted them they said they new they didn't have it but sent something else instead the old bait and switch
