These guys send my parts to the wrong address, then promise to reship it when its returned. when it gets back, I get a store credit instead that I cannot use for the very same part I had gotten the store credit for. after I complain and tell them if I cannot use the store credit, I get this. I have been ordering from Midway USA for years, unfortunately, the last couple of times I have experienced longer than normal shipping times. Called customer support and they didn't seem to care to much about it. Order lplaced on 2/9/14 today is 2/18/14 the item suppose to be delivered via ups on Friday 2/14/14 is now sitting at the usps post office??!!. Will NOT order from them again and will not recommend. MO to TN transit time 10 days?? Leopoldo Ormaza

I purchased a upper receive, first time taking it to the range I found out it was defective, as it was brand new and had the all the original packaging I was not worried. MidwayUSA however refuse to offer any form of return, exchange or even offer assistance in fixing the problem. I was basically told If you open the packaging on any item, even if it is defective, they will do nothing. They are certainly not the cheapest, and do nothing to stand behind any merchandise they sell, so why do business with them?

I order from a lot of different sites and I'm used to a certain ammount of BS, but Midwayusa takes it to a new level. Their filters for browsing products do not allow you to hide out of stock items. They will run sales on items, allow you to back order, and then cancel them. They have a time frame that they will honor the back order in and then they cancel it. Don't allow yourself to be suckerd into thier cheap sales plots!!

I purchased two sets of dies from their online store that were on backorder. Both products were on backorder with "The "Date expected in stock" is provided as an indicator of when we expect the product to arrive." marked clearly at "5-8weeks". After 8 weeks I checked on the status only to find the one product wouldn't be available for at LEAST another 6 weeks. Within days of my calling to investigate I'm sent an email with an "exciting announcement" for "improved policy" where the backordered items will ship separately. I've already paid for both the items and the shipping so I call back a moment ago to ask who's paying the shipping difference on the split order. I'm told "if you don't pay it, other people who didn't order your product would have to". Not even a chance that the company that falsely advertised the expected date should do the responsible thing. Of, course the "improved policy" only improves their bottom line as I'm expected to pay the extra shipping and handling. If their shipping was reasonable to begin with it might be easier to accept, but their shipping is outrageous from the start. Canceled my order and I'm warning others to be wary as well. If it's not in stock, don't expect to get it anytime soon or without paying more than you sign up for.

Midway lost my order. I paid for 2 day shipping and was provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS does not have the tracking number on file. When I called midway to find out the status of my order I spoke with 3 different agents. Each of the agents had a different answer about my order. The first agent claimed it was processed and waiting in the warehouse. The second agent claimed it had already shipped out and UPS had not updated yet. The third agent said it shipped but could still be in the warehouse. UPS updates tracking information every time the package leaves or enters a new location, the update is instant. They had told me my order was still in the warehouse yet refused to cancel the order and refund my money. They said I had to receive the package first then send it back only then would they process the cancelation. I do not want to do business with this company and they refuse to cancel my order, before it ships. I was charged and paid for 2 day shipping. At the end of day 1 it is still sitting in the warehouse. I was not given the service I paid for, and they are unwilling to do anything to correct the issue. I will never use this company for purchases again.

This company has one of the worst in US customer support. Rude, unfriendly, not even trying to help you in any way. Once you put an order, they spit in you face.

I order a front rifle sight from Midway. After two weeks of waiting I called to find out where it was and they said it was lost and the product is now on back-order. I'm sure glad the extra $3 handling charge, stuck on at the very end, worked. Brownells has the part on the way.
