They refuse to cancel an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but UPS says was never picked up. I’m supposed to wait five more days while they figure it out. I’ve used them for over 15 years, but this is the third bad experience in a month. Three strikes and you’re out. I won’t use them again and do not recommend them.

They sold me 2 Buck knife factory blemished a 505 and 55 without advertising it, on the 55 they switched the box the box says it's a 2018 the knife indicates it's a 2017. Factory blems say so on box and/or knife! They are misleading and crooked!

I have been trying to leave a negative review about the NRA on MidwayUSAs' website for over a month now and I have had no results. I have tried 4 or 5 times to post this review on MidwayUSAs' website and they seem to be refusing to post it at all. They say that the review will be posted within 3-7 days. There are only 7 negative reviews about the NRA, all older than a year old. I did see that there are much newer positive reviews. The newest one is 3 days old as of now. I guess it's ok to accept the positive reviews, just not the negative ones. Way to go MidwayUSA! I really love your balanced ethics. I guess the reviews are ok as long as YOU agree with them!

THIS A DREADFUL COMPANY THAT SELLS USED ITEMS AS NEW. I ORDERED 3 RIFLES FROM THEM AND EACH TIME THEY SENT ME USED RIFLES AS NEW. I COMPLAINED TO THEM EACH TIME AND THEY CONTINUED TO SEND THEM ANYWAY. THEY ADMITTED TO ME THAT THIS WAS THE COMPANY POLICY, SO I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. YOU WILL NOTICE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS SEEM WONDERFUL. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH, I FOUND THAT THE RESEARCH COMPANY HAS TO SEND THE REVIEWS TO MIDWAY FOR THEIR APPROVAL AND THAT IS WHY YOU DON'T SEE ALL THE REALLY BAD REVIEWS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS. IN OTHER WORDS, MIDWAY GETS TO DECIDE WHAT REVIEWS GET TO GO ON THEIR SITE. HOW RIDICULOUS AND BIASED IS THAT !!!! WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE THIS COMPANY IS. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!!!!

Customer service is very poor even they admitted it, they over sold some ammo I was after then they pretended not to get any of my correspondence and then just deleted my order. Still waiting on my refund.

They are a rip off can find everything cheeper elsewhere. Tryed to cancel an order because I found item 300 dollars cheeper they said ok then later that day I get an email item has shipped and they went back on there word and told me tough luck. Bad company don't buy from them
