Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Even when they admit a mistake they expect you to suffer for it. I placed an order and they sent it to my old address over 50 miles away. I kindly told them it was shipped to the wrong address and I haven't lived there in years. It wasnt even selected by me. They refused to issue a refund or even attempt to intercept the package. I was charged and never received my product. Never again

This is the worst experience I've had with a company in years ! Midway is a hick run operation with an outdated customer service department / shipping department. They aren't given the tools are the knowledge to track lost orders. If you complain to a "floor manager" they will tell you that Midway has a million customers and most are happy. Lol Larry Potter the CEO is a blowhard and an absentee leader.

Larry sure does seem like a nice fella, doesn't he? Well I bought into the hokey midwest value pitch and purchased some simple muzzloader supplies. I eve6paid for overnight shipping. You know, next day. Well 3 days later....nothing. I called the good ol' boys at MidwayUSA and was on hold for 40 minutes. When Tray finally took the call, he tried to convince me that it was all UPS's fault that they really don't track shipping like they should and that I should call UPS. The UPS service person was very nice. She explained that the tracking number MidwayUSA provided only shows that they created a shipping label. She confirmed (and she even sent me a list of pickups at MidwayUSA) they never shipped my order despite their claim. She also indicated that MidwayUSA was notorious for bad shipping practices. Never again my friends! Stay away from good ol' MidwayUSA!!

Don’t waste your time and money with midway USA. When trying to use free shipping vouchers they are no good for use. When you call customer service all they tell you is next time you have a problem Call us. They didn’t even try to offer me a discount on future purchase, basically it was a take it or leave it see you next time. Bad customer service. Mr. Potterfield in his commercials he sounds sincere, I appreciate your business but I do not feel appreciated at all. With customer service like this they’re going to lose a lot of customers, we have too many options on the Internet.

Ordered a uberti Cattleman black powder pistol from midway. They sent me a old stock generation 1. I tried to order some extra cylinders for it and found out they were discontinued. I connected midway and the floor manager chris told me quote you didn't order a glock. I'm not sure what that had to do with part's being discontinued. He ended the call by telling me I should have checked it when I got it and I was on my on. I think midway should change it's name to noway.

I uploaded my state tax exemption with instructions for them to add it to my account in a hurry as I need to place order with tax free, well it’s been 4 days..nothing. They should shut down. Never buy from them.

Have tried MidwayUSA on and off over the past several years. I've found competitive prices and quick shipping but also the worst customer service, the worst shipping department and a review/feedback system I wouldn't trust. My very first order found a metal ammo box with a hundred rounds of .50 BMG inside a box with several other items; all with room to move about. Needless to say, everything inside was crushed, damaged to the point of not being usable. Upon further inspection, I was shorted three rounds to boot! I contacted support, wrote a review and waited for a remedy to my woes. The review was approved and posted to their site within the day. Four days later, it was removed (obviously not for content or they wouldn't have approved it in the first place). All of this was before I received a reply from customer service. It took another three weeks to get a resolution and two additional weeks for them to address the missing rounds. Although I should have told myself to stop there, I didn't and have placed four more orders over the course of the last three years. All but one arrived with shipping damage and although UPS/FedEx/USPS are not the most gentle of people, this was all on MidwayUSA, their shipping department and mostly on their choice of packaging. The last of which was a roughly 12" x 15" padded envelope with case gauges and items haphazardly tossed inside. Gauges came out of their boxes during shipping and were hitting each other as well as additional products within the same envelope; damaged items again. Prices can be good, especially if you have a coupon or a birthday discount. But to be honest, the savings are not worth the headache dealing with the poor shipping practices (I paid for the above shipping so God only knows what you'll get with the free option), damaged items and poor customer service. Shop elsewhere. You'll thank me.

I had an item on backorder.. They offer free shipping on all orders over $49. They charged me $12.14 for a $60 order and would not give me the free shipping because it was a back ordered item. How does this make sense to them?!!! This a lousy way to treat your customers or to get customers to come back. This is not my first time being screwed by Midway. I buy everything, gun related, at Brownell's. I only buy from Midway, when Brownell's does not offer or is out of stock on an item. Stay away from Midway!!!!!
