I was charged shipping and tax AFTER the approval of the purchase. This was discovered when I reconciled my bank statement. I called in and had to wait over 45 minutes to speak to someone. Spoke to a guy named Drake who was rude and couldn’t have cared less about customer service. Was told that the free shipping didn’t apply to my order, consisting of a tripod and some paper targets, because it was over 10 pounds. No mention of that up front or even during checkout. Those details are only found buried deep in the exclusions. I could understand boxes of ammo but there wasn’t any of that. I also had no idea they were going to charge me sales tax for an out of state purchase. Had I known these things I’d have never placed he order. Also if you are digging around on their website looking for their address you won’t find it. This is not an honest retailer in my opinion. I was not offered any resolution at all so I’ll never order from them again. They have a very underhanded way of doing business.

They overcharged me and refused to refund the difference.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on December 13 and was given a date of December 19 for delivery. Tracking stopped locating the package after the 16th. It’s now the 24th and I’ve emailed three times and customer service continues to tell me I need to wait until January 1 to file a claim. Are used a company called primary arms to order a replacement and it was delivered three days after I ordered. I would never use midway again

I originally ordered a scope from Midway and it was delivered to the wrong address. The address they had on file was an old address and I didn't see that I needed to update it. I contacted Midway when I saw it was delivered to the wrong address and they told me to stay in contact with them and if it was returned to them they could send it to the correct address. I received an email from them stating it was returned to them and that I should contact them to verify the correct address so that it could be reshipped. I did so and they stated that it had to be re stocked and purchased at a full price even though I had purchased it at a discount of about 200 dollars due to a black friday sale. They stated this is due to tax reasons. I stated that I would be more than happy to pay the difference in taxes but they stated it still had to be restocked. I asked if they could ship to a new address in that same city and zip code as the previous one and they stated no since it would have different taxes. In short, a package was purchased at a sale price and delivered to the wrong address due to an error when ordering. The company will not send the package to the correct address without having to pay full price on the item.

Do not order from them I tried ordering twice from them and my card got hacked both times smh horrible don’t do it

I ordered a couple of boxes of match ammo from them and when the ammo arrived it was from different lot numbers. I called customer service and talked to the gentleman and explained what lot numbers are..once he understood what they are he said he'd send me back boxes that matched as soon as he got the returned shipment from me but he would check with a supervisor .He came back and said that was denied that they were to big and had too many customers to take time to check lot numbers . To me when you spend several dollars a round and get match ammo the least they could do would be to make sure they are the same lot because the zero changes between lots.

Used to really enjoy shopping with midway until the true colors came out of how they operate. They had a scope on sale that was apparently a misprint, when I called to purchase or see if they would honor the price,I was told they dont even carry that particular scope to get out of honoring the price. Iv spent 1000's of dollars with them in the past,unfortunately I'm done with them
