I ordered a buffer tube assembly but it came missing the buffer. All attempts to get a buffer are met with form letter responses. An exchange is not possible as the product is not longer available. It looks like I can get a credit back but this whole experience has been negative. I won't do Midway again unless they come through. Then I'll change this review.

Wish I could give no stars. When I pay for an item and I am told when it will arrive, I expect it to arrive. Now I find out that they ship via UPS, then transfer to our local USPS geniuses. My package has been sitting in my town for two days and I cant seem to get an update. All the people at Midway are too busy, USPS are morons and UPS wipes its hands clean after the transfer. What a joke.

Super slow shipping.

Absolutely terrible company!!! I placed an order with Midway on the 15th of January, it's now the 23rd and nothing. I live 4hrs away, one more time 4 HOURS AWAY from their shipping facility. I tracked the shipment, nope nothing today. I've called Midway twice on this order and they can't help me, I need to wait longer before they can give me a refund. After checking with the shipping companies, UPS &USPS, I found out it's the way Midway ship's packages, by mule, blind, and a thorn in one hoof. A fat person walking thru a cactus garden, at night, barefoot, and naked could get it here faster. I can make an order from the four corners of our country and receive it in 3 day's. Midway has the worst customer service and policies in the industry. I sent the president Matt Fleming an email, well you guessed it, no response. Bottom line is, you want to be talked to like your stupid? Order from Midway. You want to be lied to? Order from Midway. You like dealing with the worst customer service? (that's what they call it) Order from Midway. Worst company in the industry, I will never use Midway again, and voice my opinion to everyone I know.

Terrible. Do NOT do business with this company. You call and can't even talk to someone to ask one question for over 25 minutes. All I wanted to know is why they sent me a black powder for a transfer, I was just calling to make sure it didn't need a background check. There is nothing in the box for me to get a hold of the purchaser, no one can call me back. Midway is high priced anyway, this gun is $60 cheaper from Bud's. How can Midway stay in business?

The worst online parts vendor I have ever dealt with. Shipping policies, customer service really bad. Charge full shipping to return items so you pay shipping twice. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a gun and inquired about changing the order to another weapon within a few hours of the order. I was told it was shipped already from a drop shipper and very unlikely it could be changed but they would let me know if they could change it. That's the last time I heard from them. Later, when I went to the FFL dealer and attempted to collect the gun, I was told that it had been shipped back at a $70.00 cost to me!! First, I never said to ship it back, I had inquired about changing the order. Second, I was never notified it was shipped back and third, I was never informed of the cost to do so. I asked to apply the cost to another gun purchase. They refused but offered free shipping ($14.00) which was available to everyone at the time!! --DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.!!!

They will not stand behind their product and will lie straight to your face! The president of the company will not even return an email. Horrendous business! Use Pyramyd Air.
