Pisss poor communications. I ordered some shells and they said they needed documentation. I sent my permit in and they said they were readying my order for shipment. 3 weeks later they cancelled the order because of no documentation. I called and the days they needed my drivers license. First they ever requested that. I cancelled the order. It doesn't specify that anywhere when you order.

Terrible shipping! Relieves you with a awesome shipping day only to add 3-10 more days as you check on it. Reply’s to your emails only with auto fill emails in response. To top it off they will hit you for payment in fast time but as soon as you are tired on waiting for them to ship your purchase and you want your refund you better be ready to wait a week or longer to get your money back.. don’t buy from this site...

Package was out for delivery and called requested to be returned by Midway. No contact, nothing from Midway and they still have charged me. After reading the other reviews - people are having similar experiences.

Placed an order with MidwayUSA for 500 rounds of ammo. They shipped it to the wrong state and city (how does that happen?) resulting in my order being returned to MidawayUSA. Instead of MidwayUSA correcting their mistake and redirecting the package in mid-shipment to my address (UPS provides this service) or reshipping my "paid-for" order immediately after MidwayUSA receives the returned package, MidwayUSA told me I had to reorder this product and then they would ship the "reorder" to me. MidwayUSA is now out of stock for this product and has no idea when they will have this product in stock. So how am I suppose to reorder this product. Bottom line, I'm not getting what I ordered and paid for initially. And MidwayUSA claims Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal..." What a joke! I wouldn't recommend ever using MidwayUSA for purchasing anything online.

The shipping department must consist of a captured Sasquatch force fed coffee for 36 hrs straight and outfitted with kitchen mitts taped to his hands. Shipping loose packed ammo cans with more fragile items. Cans were fine but everything else was just beaten. Midway refused to correct their screw up. Spend your money some where else if you can these folks don't deserve it or if its a great deal then order the items separately. This bunch doesn't have the sense to get out of the rain.

This is the worse customer service I have ever seen. They cannot ship anything on time. I have ordered from other places and they seem to ship on time . I guess the Chinese virus only affects Midway. These fools have always had a problem shipping on time. It has been a week and they still have not shipped even though they said it would ship by 3/23/20. They lock your order so you cannot cancel it, but take for ever to ship it. Larry Potterfield does not have a clue and his second rate company is a joke! Avoid this place at all costs.
