ordered a spotting scope and a thousand rounds of 158gr .357 hornady rounds. Fools at midway shipped it all in one box with no packing. The bullets beat the sheet out of the scope for the whole ride, scope was broke in the middle. Midway took the scope back after a week of complaining with their customer no service. dont bother emailing the president, he doesn't care either. I did get my money back because they didnt have any more of the scopes in stock. checked their website, its still for sale. Eff them plenty of places to spend money. Been a loyal customer for 15 years, nope no more.

Midway has always been great untill NOW. ordered a atlas cal bipod and spiked feet at the cost of 313 dollars and never received my order. I ordered it june 19th and havent got it. They said wait till expected delivery date of june 29th and tell them if i got it or not. Well now live chat and phone calls are down and sending a email is worthless. I jist want my 300 bucks back so i can buy it somewheres else. I am disgusted with this company

Told my ak magazines were shipped June 22 usps and a week later and no tracking product. On top of that it’s not showing any tracking information. Basically stole my money. Never again.

I just read a post that was listed 6 hours ago and it is exactly what is happening to me. Ordered a holster and an ammo pouch. Got a confirmation email from midway showing a ups tracking number and a link directly to ups. Linked into ups from the midway email and ups had no record of the shipment. Can't call midway because they are not accepting phone calls, can't live chat because that's down, and four emails are to much trouble to answer. I'm sure the excuse will be vivid 19, why not it's just so convienient. This company just sucks and anyone who conducts business with them will soon find out. There are much better choices and companies to spend your money with

Midway Customer Non-service SUCKS! Ordered a holster on June 21. June 22 I got an email that it was shipped, but the tracking number wasn't recognized by UPS. June 29 I still hadn't received it, so I tried contacting Midway. They don't answer their phones, an email to them just returns a message to check their website, and the web chat puts you in line behind 200 other dissatisfied customers. I'm never ordering from them again, and I'm telling all my friends to avoid them.

Ordered a small part on June 12, 2020, and it was shipped but, never delivered? I’ve called, no answer. I’ve emailed several times only to get an automated response. I’ve also used Facebook messenger and still no response. IMO, Midway USA is stealing from us and using COVID-19 as an excuse. Never buy from them again.

Ordered a scope mount. says in stock, status changed to shipped in two days, tracking number is a random generated crap., After one week I sent a form email three days later get a response Item was shipped you should get it Wednesday and if you do not get it in 9 days let us know. USPS tracking number now shows valid but the item has not been shipped until 2 weeks after the order. I still didn't get it. Niway is a F-N SCAM

I ordered two pistol braces from them and paid for the 2 day shipping. The braces were finally scheduled to be delivered several days late but never came. When I checked the status it’s stated that the delivery was undeliverable and was being returned to the sender. It has been well over a week since that status update but midway refuses to issue me a refund until the status is updated. For what? Give me my money and answer the damn phone when your customers need Service! I will never buy from them again I don’t recommend that you do either. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. How they have is excuses of why I can’t have my money? Wth?
