Very disappointed. My husband has been doing business with these guys for a while now.He ordered a part for his gun. . Part went on sale the next day. Was told it was too late to cancel the order at the higher price and reorder it at the cheaper price. Same part. They would not do a price adjustment either. Said he could return it but then he would incur the shipping cost to return the higher-priced one losing more money. Not a way to keep customers coming back.

I just ordered a bunch of glock parts from them. Prices seemed fair. I decided to reorder most of the same stuff for another project. Every single item was anywhere from .50- 4.00 more now. Had the invoice in my hand comparing. Does their system jack up the pricing noticing I am reordering the same stuff? Or did they just have a price increase across the board? Or, being a holiday, is it jacked up? I too, have had them drop prices right after ordering and not match it.

I would think that a company in the firearm business would be as careful as their customers have to be with their weapons. And IF they made a mistake I would think they would take it seriously. They did not. Midway was very cavalier about this egregious, and potentially dangerous, error. And even though the still carry and sell the correct bullets they will not honor my original purchase price and have basically told me F-OFF. I'm very disappointed in Midway and they have forever lost a customer.

I ordered some center-fire pistol ammo (.38 Super) from MidwayUSA via the web. I live in Illinois, but not in the Chicago area - and I regularly order ammo from Cheaper Than Dirt and BulkAmmo. They keep copies of my Illinois FOID card and driver's license on file, and they ship ammo right out, automatically, with no problem. MidwayUSA just rejected my order with an automated pop-up message that claimed that I live in a jurisdiction that prohibits being shipped ammo. That is certainly incorrect. I didn't bother to phone them - easier to just place my order with BulkAmmo - and it arrived quickly with no questions asked.

It appears that the company doesn't care anymore what you think. I feel that stopping the printing of yearly catalogs is a mistake . Other companies (ie.Brownell) have opened a retail outlet in Iowa and continue to print great catalogs. ..and are very helpful in locating, researching and providing excellent tech support on the products they sell.

I've been ordering through Midway USA for a few years now. At least a couple times a month. I've always been very happy with them. In the past, things were almost always shipped the same day and would often arrive the following day if I chose the UPS option. (They're in Missouri, I'm in Northern IL.) The last few months, however, things have been taking longer and longer to arrive. If I order something on a Monday morning while I'm at work, it doesn't seem to get sent out until Tuesday night. Now it seems to be getting worse. I place an order on the afternoon of 3/9/15 for an in stock item and the email back from them stated it should be shipped on 3/12 and be delivered 3/16. Even adding another $24 for overnight shipping wasn't going to get it here until the 15th. Most of the time when I place an order, the items aren't really important. New parts for guns that I probably won't end up working on for a few days anyway, so it's not critical that they arrive right away. That being said, I'm antsy when I order things and I want them ASAP. I am not sure what's going on over there and why they are unable to get things out of their warehouse in a timely manner, but I'm beginning to rethink ordering through them.

J'ai effectué des achats sur le site de MIDWAY France parce que cela est devenu le relais obligatoire pour pouvoir obtenir des articles qu’effectivement on ne trouve pas ailleurs mais que j'avais l'habitude de commander directement chez MIDWAY USA. Rien à reprocher sur la marchandise, c'est toujours OK, mais le délai est aussi long (voir plus) qu'une commande aux USA puisqu'ils ne sont qu'une plateforme d'import/vente sur notre territoire. Le malaise se sont les prix pratiqués : Si vous allez chercher l'article dont vous avez besoin sur le site américain vous tombez à la renverse lorsque vous voyez le prix de vente affiché en US-dollar parfois presque la moitié du prix en Euros pratiqué par MIDWAY France ! Je leur ai déjà fait part de cette remarque et ai signifié que ni l'ajout de la TVA + frais de port + seconde marge présumée ne permettait d'atteindre ces différences faramineuses. En conclusion, évidemment que je recommanderai chez eux si j'ai un besoin spécifique "MIDWAY", ceci parce que je n'ai pas l'occasion de faire des aller-retour aux USA, mais le différentiel existant me restera toujours entre la gorge.

I back orded a single stage reloading press from Midway. And while waiting for almost two months my debit card was stolen. I recieved a new card from my bank and updated my account with my new card number so there wouldn't be any problem. well three weeks past only to recieve a e-mail stating my back order was canceled. No phone call to ask if i wanted to keep my back order just a CANCELATION notice! Oh I did call to see if i could get my order I was told you need to back order again!!!!!!!!
