Same as everyone else. Product sitting at UPS. Supposed to arrive on certain days, but was delivered somewhere unknown. Do not trust this company, they haven't responded. Go with Sinclair or Graf&son. Order through Amazon and honestly Amazon, UPS, FedEx and USPS all know my location. Same people deliver to me almost everyday.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Item has been sitting at the post office for 3 weeks. Just want a refund and can’t seem to get it. Never order anything with ups innovations. You will never get the product!

Received my order but it was damaged. They shipped FP-10 lubricants in a flexible plastic bag. One of the FP-10 oil bottle (in my shipment) got over compressed causing the bottle cap and seal to leak into the shipping bag contaminating the whole shipment. I wrote to MidwayUSA twice with no response.

I order 500 rounds of 5.56 back on 8/2 and never got it. They said it was ship but would file a claim with UPS. Today I called they said they process a refund? I think these guys hit the credit card and wait for you to call them on it.

Zero customer service!! Nobody responds to emails and nothing happens when orders ship, get damaged, and returned by UPS!! $450.00 of MY mony is being held without product!! Powder order just sits in ready to ship for almost a week now. Close your doors if you can't run a business properly!! This is borderline criminal!!

Shipping is horrible. They use Mail Innovations for most of their smaller items. Slow as can be and have lost items.

The worst customer service in the industry. My first order with Midway was for $3500.00 and they couldn’t tell me when it shipped or who the carrier was. I still haven’t received it and no one at Midway really seems to care. My first order will be my last.
