Order placed on Sunday, still not shipped on Thursday, talked to customer service three times. Each time I was assured the order, (735 dollars and 40 items) would ship that day. Lies, no one really knows what is going on, moreover they do not care. Other companies will get my business from now on. I spent at least 10,000 with Midway this last 3 months and they do not give a whit........

you cant not get a hold of any one to find out about a item you order midway parts has went to the dogs you can not trust them my item should bend here 12/1/2020 it did not get here usps is trash they don't do the job there paid to do

They use the most inefficient method of shipping. Why? It must be the cheapest for them and they must not care. I’m still waiting on parts that were sent to ups who is going to eventually transfer to usps. That’s a poor way to ship things to customers and takes much longer! I’ve contacted customer service through email because they won’t answer the phone and they said I just have to be patient. They don’t care. Everyone blames their sorriness on this stupid virus. Just bs! It’s not preventing me from doing my job! I’d give them a zero rating if I could!

Midway USA offered me free UPS shipping on an order to make up for bad and broken parts on a previous order. In fact they use cheapo UPS to US Mail 'hand off' maethod and the day USPS got my order from UPS they lost it. I waited a few days and when I contacted Midway USA, they said I had to wait one more day. And I could have refund or rehip. I did not receive the shipment and now they said I had to wait another day. No refund. No reship. No answer on the phone after 72 minutes on hold. They lie. They cheat. They suck. No parts and no refund. Bank has been notified. Avoive these thieves.

I just spend one hour waiting on the phone to have their customer service person tell me she that cannot do anything to help and for me email my problem. Really? How long was that customer service training class, lol. Anyway, I ordered two of the same choke tubes. The 1st choke I received was correct. The backorder and reorder was wrong. Why is this a difficult issue to fix?

This company is crooked, wont give me my bacordered pistol I’ve been patiently waiting months for. They since upped the price and canceled by backorder once it came available with bogus excuses and run around. I surely would hate to have an issue with a product, they have no integrity. You’ve been warned and I was WAS! a great customer.... I’m very upset today, they suck so bad!!!

Ordered an expensive setup from these guys they promised it would ship the next day. Instead they placed it in a quality control loop and threatened to cancel order. Add insult to this I had called that same day to verify stock. They indicated no issues and it was shipping. Received my order late and they essentially did nothing but make excuses.

I was very excited to get notice of a firearm that was backordered to be back in stock. I added it to my cart and went through the checkout only to find my FFL was inactive. I called my ffl and they said they had their licenses renewed and everything was in order. Midway USA never responded and in my opinion didn't seem to care. I always thought the best of midway but this experience has taught me otherwise. I will be happy to pay a few more dollars and go elsewhere. Shame on you Midway and Mr.Potterfield
