I spend $2-4K a year on hunting and shooting supplies. I received an email from Midway with a nice offer on a blemished Sitka vest. I immediately purchased, paid, received an order number, and an estimated delivery date. After waiting and checking my account for one week the order was no longer showing and the item was increased in price $70+ and magically there was one left. I chatted with customer service and they claimed they called and left me a voicemail to verify the purchase and I never responded so they cancelled it. I paid for the vest and completed the order yet they need to "verify" my order. I checked my phone, email, etc. No contact at all. I even offered to purchase the item again if they would honor the previous price I paid and I was told NO...they don't do that. I am really surprised at how many negative reviews there are online about Midway USA. I grew up watching Larry's shows and have bought from them in the past.......never again!

I order an Okuma reel, they charged me, and never even shipped the item. They listed it as returned and now hold my money. Scammers, with terrible customer service, if you can even reach them. Bad company.

I will not be ordering from Midway again. Ordered an adapter for my gun on Jan 15 and paid extra to get it by Jan 20th 2021 and still has not shipped. Tried tracking it and has not left yet. Called customer service and after waiting on the line for 45 minutes was told it can take up to 21 more days to I get my piece. They stated that USPS is backed up and there is nothing they can do and would have to wait. I asked her why wasn't I notified by email do that I can cancel or go another route and also why would I be charged for for expedite shipping and not get it as paid for. All they can do is say sorry and stated I can return it once I receive it. Which by the way will practically be a month later. Something need to be done. Reading the reviews it seems they are doing this to a there customers. Which is not the proper way of doing business..

We spend 5k-10k a year on our hobby. We have a full pistol and rifle range out to 450 steel targets. We don't buy from MidwayUSA, but ordered 5 308 pmags Jan 7th. We received customary email providing order number and estimated delivery 13th. On the 13th chk our acct, and no order history. We attempted to call then chat room. Jan 15th return to chat rm/ 31 in line. Person said our order was canceled because we failed to confirm. We have no idea what their chatting about. We will never ever buy from MidwayUSA again. As you know, prices are thru the roof and our mags are now out of stock accept gunbroker.com were 22$ now 44$ each.

Do not buy anything from MidwayUSA because you will be highly frustrated and disappointed. I bought a pair of binoculars from MidwayUSA on the 15th Dec 2020. They shipped it out, and it did not arrive. I followed the tracking number I received and the package was stuck with no further information. After calling and waiting in line to get a rep which took forever, I finally talked to a rep online and did a reorder. On 27th Dec the new order was sent out, and for some reason I was notified by UPS that they package was damaged in transit. I called Midway, and their phone line did not work. After several hours I tried again, and finally got through. I talked to a rep and he told me that the order from 15th Dec would be arriving by 6th Jan and the order from 27th Dec would be cancelled because of the damage, so I waited based on his response. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive. I got online and talked to a rep on 7th Jan. I placed a new order, and it was received on 11th Jan. However, UPS box was damaged, and the binoculars box was damaged too. Sadly, the binoculars box damage was not consistent with the UPS box it was carried in. I called Midway, and this time, their phone line worked, and I had to wait to talk to a rep. After explaining what I received, and with pictures to prove it, her response was that Midway does an inventory check before items are shipped out so apparently that's why the box was compromised. I find it strange for any person to do an inventory check by damaging the box that a product is in. MidwayUSA lacks integrity, and has terrible customer service. NEVER SHOP AT MIDWAYUSA!

Absolute garbage company. Do yourself a favor got to academy sports, karls, tackle warehouse, dick's sporting goods, or any other place other than this terrible company. Awful customer service and shipping practices.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pole for my son for Christmas. Said it would be here 12-16-20. Kept attempting to track it and it wouldn't even register . Finally on 1-4-21 a fishing pole is delivered that is completely folded in half in a crap tube. I've seen sturdier out of a beat and bake biscuit can. I am told to refuse it by the mail lady and it will go back to the company. I attempt to call, chat, and email the company the entire day with no luck. They had shut their system down due to too much call volume. On 1-5-21 I finally get someone who tells me sorry but I shouldn't have refused it as they have no way of tracking it. So I'm out over 100$ and no pole for my boy. I had spent a large amount of money at middway this season and WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Unfortunately I was forced to give them one star. I ordered a product. The claim its been at the USPS facility pending acceptance for 2 weeks. Ive tried to contact customer support and only get an auto-respnse. The phone number for customer support says its a cell phone number. No support, can't get my product or a refund! Never again!!!!
