They act like they are fast at shipping I ordered on a Sunday and Monday morning I got notification that my order had shipped and they provided a tracking number. Then it showed the USPS was waiting for the package to get in there hands for 10 days Before it finally showed it was finally in USPS hands and moving. Now the projected delivery is Friday. Like 15 days for a order that was supposedly shipped the first business day morning after I ordered I contacted customer service. They had a projected delivery date And said they could do nothing until that date had past. And genuinely didn't seem to care I likely will never order from them again

Package showed printed and sent to USPS. A week later same status shown. Contacted customer service which was no help so asked to speak to a supervisor. Put on hold for 15 minutes then was hung up on. Called back waited another 15 minutes to get to a Supervisor. Supervisor was no help whatsoever. Basically they say there is nothing they can do for three weeks or more. All they need to do is have USPS track where it is and if not found reported as stolen but Midway USA customer service rather do nothing and leave it up to the customer to be pissed and use up there time instead.

They cant seem to understand where my address is to have anything shipped to me, on top of that the order that was placed under the correct address said it was delivered, however I did not receive the item. When I requested customer support, I was laughed at as I live in WV. I have ordered through Ebay, Amazon, and various other sites all of whom can deliver to my house without issue. The customer support refused to correct the error in their system, and has refused any time of refund or reshipment.

MidwayUSA is ANTI-LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!! The customer service staff are not very smart or helpful!!! I have spent a significant amount of money there in the past, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Customer service is awful. Basically their policy is: if you don’t receive your package within 3 week, then shut up and wait some more. I called their “customer service” line, and that’s basically what I was told. They wanted to tell me “all shipping” is being seriously delayed. Apparently me getting dozens of packages within three days from everyone else under the sun is an anomaly, and the three week wait with no delivery experienced by Midway USA is the “norm”. If they cared about customers they would fix their processes. Their business model seems to be: take their money and see if they eventually forget about their order.

I purchased a item from Midway USA online, and it arrived in what I consider a "distressed condition". I was not impressed with the hour plus hold times for their unimpressive and poor customer service. My advise to you is to steer clear of Midway USA. Once they get your money, they could care less. Shame on Midway USA, they should call themselves "bait and switch USA"!

About a week after placing my order, I logged into to check the status and it said I didn’t have an order?! Called customer service and was told that they tried to call me and sent me an email (I searched all emails and they never sent one) but because I didn’t respond my order was canceled. The lady said she doesn’t know why some orders are held and then canceled if they don’t hear from the customer. So I ordered the exact same thing and AGAIN when I logged in 4 days later my order status went from “processing” to “no orders”!!! Yet again, never received a call or email! Ridiculous company and order processing! Will not attempt to order again.

I ordered a brace from midway USAand after recovering the product it was missing hardware. I politely informed them that it was missing the hardware and asked if they could please send the hardware. They responded with an apology that my product was delivered incomplete and told me there was nothing they could do about it and to contact the manufacturer! I won’t be purchasing from them again.
