i ordered a red dot from midway that was broken so i sent it back for a refund. My account went negative which never happens. midway could not refund my money because i didnt have money in my account. They sent me a broken product and on top of that couldnt refund my money when i needed it the most. i will never buy from this company again. im sure they dont care but if i can prevent people from buying from them at least i helped someone out other than what this company will do for you. they just kept trying to charge my account to verify i had money in it and because i didnt they wouldnt refund my money. they offered a gift card but i dont want to buy from a company that sends you broken product. you already have to order it, wait to get it, find out it is broken, send it back, and have them tell you they cant refund your money. crappy company. on the phone with scott and some clueless woman i got no answer but this is just how it works.

My boyfriend ordered a single stage black trigger on express shipping and he received targets and a shell holder ! Kelly from customer service is very rude. She hung up in his face and was no help at all. We had to talk to a manger to get at least our shipping free. Horrible customer service. Unless you want the wrong parts and a rude customer service lady that hangs up in your face !

Ordered a few thing from Midway USA with no problems. bought a hand stop for my AR-9 4-13-21 here it is 4-24-21 called USPS they don't have it. Called UPS they said "haven't received it" got in contact with Midway they basically told me it was my fault for choosing cheap shipping. asked for a refund they said wait another week for your refund.. horrible customer service "Celeb" from Midway USA. they won't get another Dime from me. I would rather pay extra for anything anywhere else.

I have placed sporadic orders with midway USA the last couple of years. Midway is not very good at understanding shipping. They believe the job is done when they box and ship your order. I am waiting on an order that was to be here Tuesday it is now Friday. The order made it as close as 150 miles but alas now is in a town 700 miles away according to tracking. I was willing to pay for full UPS Ground but could not select this with Midways free shipping promotion. They have no customer service available except during obscure day hours.

Like a lot of the other bad reviews the shipping sucks. Never again will I order from them.

Ordered from them and 2 days later got a call to verify my address and card, all was confirmed and was told it'll be shipped. Waited a week and got a voicemail saying they'd tried to get in touch and couldn't so they've cancelled my order but I could re-order - Useless time wasters, AVOID.

You have better options with better pricing, customer service etc. High shipping rates and even worse shipping systems. Larry Potterfield is a shill and not the big NRA guy he says he is. Lies, damn lies and statistics. Good riddance, never buy here again after this last time which was not the first. Guess I am quick to forgive and slow to learn. Screwed around and lost a set of grips. Customer service sounds like they read off a card. Tells me wait three weeks then they will do something. I hate Amazon..(sometimes)...but at least they come through when they know it will cost them a customer they step up. These clowns don't care and you can hear it when they open their mouths. Just like Illinois politicians....if the mouth is moving they be lying!! I will just buy from either the manufacturer for parts, at least they will set it right and not make you wait AND hold onto your money, for three weeks. They just send the parts and tell you to keep the old one.....I would send back the other parts, the conscience thing ya' know, like honest people would. Unlike Midway USA.....Horse*hit Potterfield, just plain horse*hit!! Goodbye!

Twice I've ordered from midway and twice I'm let down. Package shows it's been sitting in New Orleans for 7 days, usps says they never got it. Called midway customer services and got blown off. I've already printed my return label ( for if it ever shows up) and re ordered from another vendor. I'll never do business with them again.
