Disappointed in the service and the way I was treated. We had a miscommunication in the order and I now have two boxes of ammo I cannot use. No discussion, no compromise, just "we can't take it back" period Will not be doing business with them again

Terrible customer service. Shop local when possible or just go somewhere else. Passed the blame on UPS and wouldn't make things right over $20 and overnight shipping. $20 is more valuable to MidwayUSA than a customer. Truly disappointed in their service.

Customer service sucks ordered primers on the 6th of July got tracking number, it is now the 15 th . Ups says they did not get from midway n midway says they have package but not enough hazmat drivers. The tell me I have to wait till 27 th before they can do anything Pure BS

Approve everything to just cancel order!!! Then try to tell me that is the law which I know to be a lie because I have received many shipments from Bass Pro/ Scheels of the same product.

I've purchased from Midway for years so I find it troubling to see them "Price Gouging" at a time when their loyal customers need ammunition. I know that costs have gone up but why is Academy Sports and Outdoors 20-40 percent lower on ammo when the were about the same price prior the shortage? I'll never purchase from Midway again.

I recently purchased some T-shirts from Midway that did not fit well. I explained I thought they were defective in their manufacture. Since I was just one week past their 90 day return period Midway refused to take the merchandise back. They provided me with the details of contacting the manufacturer and explained to me that this would now be my job. In my opinion this is terrible customer service.

I ordered a Browning shooting pouch. The system said it was in stock and I was to get free shipping. I was then notified that the pouch was back ordered. After 3 months I received a notice that the pouch had shipped. I then saw that I was charged $9.75 for shipping. I contacted customer service and they informed me that backordered items are not eligible for free shipping. This is absolute B.S.. It was not my fault that the item got backordered after I ordered it. I even told the customer service rep that I could order it today and get free shipping. I told her I could return it and re-order it. Then she told me that I would need to pay for the return shipping. Nobody who wants to stay in the online business business treats there customers like Midway.
