Usually don’t have a problem with Midway..shipping is always FAST! But you have to watch because they will have a mishap and list something at the wrong price and only send you part of the product and then tell you to return it or pay a huge difference to get the product you already paid for. They wouldn’t honor their own listing

Avoid this company, if you can. I ordered a knife that was SPECIFICALLY advertised as Made in USA. It arrived and was, you guessed it, made in China. I contacted Midway and they were willing to take a return of the knife. However, they refused to arrange a pickup of the knife at my home. Here was my major concern: since they clearly, falsely advertised the knife, the time and wear and tear of my driving 1 hour total to a shipping center is ridiculous. They would not budge from their rule book on this, and insisted they could not arrange a pickup, though many companies do this when they make a mistake. I wrote a review on the website about the knife and my experience, which Midway promptly refused to publish. There was not foul language in the review, and I gave credit to the customer service agent who was very kind and professional. Them refusing to publish the review is yet another reason to avoid any company who is not willing to admit mistakes and work with the customer. I emailed their CEO, Matt Fleming, since the Midway website lists his email and his "desire" to want to work with customers on their concerns. That must not be true since he never replied to my multiple emails to him. Overall, avoid MidwayUSA and shop elsewhere.

Going to put here, what I rated them as on their own survey. Your shipping practices are horrible and I should have listened to all the reviewers on trust pilot. You DO NOT believe in fast shipping, you are merely locking down orders within minutes of receipt so no one can cancel. You are doing this by printing a label and THAT IS IT. Then the items sit around for TWO DAYS in your facility before they ever make it to UPS per the tracking on the purchase I made. You won't find me doing any business again. Per the tracking the item should be here this upcoming Monday, NOW THAT IT WAS GIVEN TO UPS. I can only hope the items arrive as a complete order and nothing has to be returned.

Got open box instead brand new

They don’t have anything. All the products are “out of stock”, “unavailable”, or “no backorder”. There’s no need to sign up for a notification for products as they become available, because because I did it over a year ago, and I’m still waiting.

I ordered a heated vest from Midway and not once but twice the vest was shipped without the battery and charger that is included. I spoke to customer service and the escalations department and neither were willing to get the battery from the distributor they buy the vests from. The excuse was the vest is no longer something they sell however gave me the distributors phone number which i contacted. The distributor stated all vests are sent with one battery per item and there should not be any missing. The distributor also stated he will try to help me as best as possible as they have the battery and charger in stock. He stated he will speak with the rep at Midway and see if they want to purchase a battery pack and he can send it to me so there are no more delays. The Midway team said they will not work with their distributor as they will claim warranty on it for missing parts. Mind you i ordered 2 different size vests one i have returned as its the wrong size. Now the rep at the distributor will have my business from here on out as Midway right their wrong. Midway offered me a $25 account credit when the battery costs $50 and they will be paying $19 for return shipping. Some policy's don't make sense and for that reason it was a horrible customer experience. I was hoping to be out this weekend using this vest as it is now 28 degrees in the am when heading out thanks Midway.

This is the only company that I have ordered from that charges the customer to return an item. Also, I have found that their prices a higher than other online vendors selling the same product.

I have never had a good experience with Midway. I get wrong products, or when I get "free" shipping, they split the order into several packages and charge shipping on all but the first one. I have been overcharged, and still haven't gotten some items from previous orders. Today was the last straw. I had to create an account this time to check out, and they deleted my entire order plus my save for later list. Shopping there us a lost cause, and I will not ever try them again.
