Ordered primers on 1/22/22 and Midway assigned a tracking number the next day and said order was shipped. Called on 1/26/22, and Midway said it was stuck at UPS hazmat which is a lie, UPS has not received yet. Midway said it will be at least another 4 weeks. They have already charged my card and will not issue a refund when I said this was never stated on the order form about the delivery delays. THIS IS B.S.!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE LIARS .

Twice, MidwayUSA sent me an open box item. Description on their add is for a new scope, not open box, not displayed model. This for an on sale and back ordered scope. Does that mean you don’t get a new one, WHat the hell? Both times scopes had markings on them as they’ve been mounted. Sent it back they said, yeah! To wait another 2+ months. I just won’t buy from them again.

This is easy. Poor communication skills, wishee washee policies, fights to not provide customer service, does not listen to customer concerns and information, and does not listen to information provided. It took 3 emails and a 30 minute call for them to tell me that they didn't care about what I said or the hardcopy information I provided to say no. Bad Midway, no biscuit!

I purchases a Beretta APX Centurion from MidwayUSA. My FFL dealer has very low lighting so I did not notice any damage there. Once I arrived home and inspected the firearm under bright lighting...the rear of the slide and the rear site was scratched so deep you could literally see raw metal. I contacted midway and they said there was nothing they could do other than a $25 gift certificate which was totally unacceptable to me. Stay away from midway unless you want damage goods and a $25 gift certificate.

Horrible company. Purchased a firearm and chose my FFL. They claim my FFL never responded which i have serious doubts about. So instead of contacting me to allow me a chance to contact the FFL they cancel the order. Now the gun is out of stock. Its a hot item, i think they oversold and that was just a convenient excuse. They wouldn't even give me a rain check when it comes back in stock, like it's my fault. In any event i will be avoiding them in the future and i would advise you to look into more reputable sources before purchasing

Box was damaged, one item was missing, I sent photos, they said "tough luck", as they were out of the item. So I'm supposed to just eat the dollar loss for their packaging. Never again.
