I order couple of Walker's headset with microphone attachments. Although item never shipped out they falsely claim that carrier lost the package. Don't these people know by now items are scanned to be accepted by the carrier. Simply by creating shipping label on your system does not mean it is shipped. They lied and waisted 14 Days of my time and has not received the refund yet. What a shameful business practice.

Where do I begin. Ordered some ammo awhile back "free shipping" they said. They used Fedex took 13 working days. Complained was told "they aren't responsible" for the shippers. Bought some accessories that could have been USPS handled. They sent by Fedex. Again took forever. Complained and deleted my account. They continued to send me Emails. Complained and they said I wasn't listed. But they stopped sending emails Instead they are bombarding me with snail mail junk mail. Complained, they said there was nothing they could do because they don't in charge of junk mail. So do yourself a Big favor and Avoid doing business with Midway USA. Don't sign up for their email or any other list.

This organization supported the recent NRA conference in Houston, TX following two mass shootings, one killing 19 children in Texas. The American gun obsession is killing us and this company is part of the problem. God help this country.

I had a tripod on back order and they would only ship economy which means USPS in my area...My mailbox is exposed and has had theft issues....I called to ask to upgrade to UPS and pay for shipping and they informed me that on backorders there was nothing they could do..I talked to Ed then Josh in the escalation department. Sad customer service.

Charged me $16.19 to return two ammo magazines. I spent $53.49 they returned$37.30. This must be a very small insignificant organization to charge you to return their merchandise. Most big companies claim it as a business expense and a tax write off. Either they're really small or really stupid.

Midway USA has good prices but that's where the positives END! 1. Their Customer Service is Abysmal 2. They auto charge you an NRA Fee without your permission and you are not able to remove it! 3. They lack communication. 4. No Mas!

Ordered parts March 27 it’s April 13 and no sign of parts. Midway claims I could claim for refund and replacement on April 19th. That is close to four weeks on day of purchase to send a replacement or refund. That’s bad business. Nope never buying again.
