I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I have had nothing but great outcomes and experiences with Midway for at least 3 years. I have purchased guns, parts, cleaning supplies, ammo, optics... just about anything and everything gun related. Every order has shipped quickly, arrived earlier than expected, arrived well packed, undamaged, etc. Guns I have purchased went to my chosen FFL with no hassle whatsoever and arrived in beautiful, new condition. The prices are generally competitive. Of the many orders I have placed, 1 showed up missing a small item (bore brush). I called, spoke to a U.S. based person that arranged for the missing item to be shipped that day. I had it a couple days later. Sometimes I buy enough to get free shipping, sometimes I don't. But free or not, it saves me a trip to the multiple stores I would have to visit to get everything I can get from Midway, while sitting on my couch, or spending valuable time at the range. Worth every penny. Thanks Midway!

Generally about 4.5 stars, so Midway gets 5 stars. Shipping usually occurs same or next day. Variety of products is superb. Prices are fair. Web site is superb. When every other on-line store does not have an item, I can get it at Midway. I have bought a variety of stuff at Midway - clothing, knives, scopes, bullets, tools and other and always been satisfied. $100 or more gets free shipping. Reward points are accumulated. My last order arrived via UPS at my front door 2 days before estimated delivery date. I have an order pending and expect to get it on time. 25 year plus customer. I wish Midway would allow reviews from customers who did not have ads blocked from their browsers (minus 1/2 star).

This is a correction to my negative review yesterday. I was quite surprised to get a call from Midway this morning apologizing for the conduct yesterday and offering to make things right. The issue was a small blemish on the rifle bolt. They provided a very generous adjustment. I certainly would do business with Midway again

I ordered some parts. They arrived in a decent amount of time, for a decent price, and were exactly what I had ordered. Can't do any better than that. 5 stars. Easy peasy. I'll be a return customer.

I gotta say... I am REALLY surprised by the poor reviews here. I ordered the Wild Hare Leather Accent Cold Weather Shooting Jacket for him for Christmas. My father is notoriously difficult to buy gifts for - if he wants something, he buys its for himself but he doesn't want much, so I was pretty excited about this find. It was reported delivered, yet was nowhere to be found. I contacted Midway about the missing package and they replied within 24hrs, requesting I wait 2 days to see if it got delivered and if it didn't, they would send a replacement or refund. Two days later, no jacket. Midway offered to air ship it to me so it would arrive by Christmas (the original package eventually showed up the next day as it was delivered to the wrong house and I will send back the replacement). There were no issues, no rudeness, no negativity whatsoever. They didn't make me jump through hoops or doubt what I was telling them. This was some of the most exceptional customer service I have EVER experienced. I spoke with a Robbie and Jasmine who were both kind, courteous and professional. The jacket arrived before Christmas and my Dad was THRILLED with his new shooting apparel. So not only was the website user friendly, good discounts, and reasonable pricing (less expensive than Amazon), but the Customer Service was above and beyond and the products were high quality. I will absolutely be giving MidwayUSA more of my business based off this awesome experience.

Well, I can only speak for my experience. I ordered some captured buffer springs on three different occasions. I can't help it. Once I tried the first one, I wanted to use them on all my builds. The shipping was very fast. Can't complain. All 3 times it was the exact same process for me. Fast and zero issues. I am doing this because MidwayUSA deserves a good voice. This is for this product. 3 times. Lol. But I had a good experience and do trust using them again.
