If you are looking for customer service...you are at the wrong place. Ordered a new version of a rod and they sent an out of production rod. Then the return process is so lengthy that the only rod left in inventory sold and then all you get is sorry for the inconvenience here is a refund.

Midway had advertised free shipping on orders $50 and up. I ordered $60 worth of merchandise that was on sale and found out 2/3 of my order was back ordered. They sent what they had in stock and charged me shipping!! They split up the order and were intending to charge me shipping each time something came in. So when the next items came in I did not authorize them to ship it, but they shipped it anyway and charged me shipping again!!! I just spent more on shipping than I saved on the sale prices !!! So, I called customer service and was told that is their policy and they would do nothing to rectify the situation. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and WAS HUNG UP ON !!!! TERRIBLE shipping policies. Will NEVER order anything from them again. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere !!

Shipping is terrible. They told me to check back with them in 3 weeks on an order that shipped a week ago. They use UPS (Known to be Anti-2A). In three weeks I won't be a customer of MidwayUsa.

When midwayusa crosses out a retail price don't believe it. They inflate the retail price then show you their price. It happened to me so beware of fictous prices.

Sent me a free item in an order. One of the products I ordered was defective. Now they want me to send back the free product with the defective or pay 5.83 for the “free” product. What a joke I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Use Midway USA if you want defective products, not so free gifts and a hassle for a return. I’ll use Brownells from now on they would just sent me a replacement and called it done.

I’ve ordered 3 separate times and each time I had to hunt down my package. They use something called surepost and it is the worst shipping in the industry. They lie and say that your item ships in like an hour after you order it but in fact they just printed a shipping label and the item won’t be shipped for days. I have to wait 12 days after the last scan to receive but apparently the package has been at my local usps store for a week but they don’t have it. They received a notification it’s coming but didn’t have the package. Avoid this company at all costs. Midway is like drinking, every time I order from them in painfully reminded why I don’t order from them.

MIDWAYUSA imposes their own artificial rules and limitations for California that don't make any sense. Buy from somewhere else that can actually follow the law properly.

They will not take a credit card........Just Bitcoin and Vermo.......The lst time I bought ammo from someone using the same process to pay I got scammed.....Watch out boy's Don't get caught up with paying good money with absolutly no recourse to get your money back if something goes wrong.......The last time I sent my credit card to pay for the purchase it was being used at Dollar General.. Not these guys but the same MO
