My item is 3 weeks late the first time they sent it got lost I contacted them and was told I had to wait 12 day for the to do something store policy they ship with ups then ups drops off at usps which made it super confusing to track even usps said why just not ship though them in the first place they sent another order the same way MIDWAY USA doesn’t take care of there customers they said if I wanted my item faster to pay more than the 8 for shipping when all I order was $14 mag for ak47 this place is a joke will no longer support MIDWAY USA

Unfair business practice. If you order two items and want to return 1, you must return both. No notice or disclosure of this until you try to return. Classic gotcha policy's. Quality of items like gunsmith tools is Chinese terrible. Soft low quality steel bits snap off. Many other better company's to choose from.

Ordered products sent out sent back to the hillbillies in Mo told me they can’t refund even though they have product take my word for it stay away from this company. I was doing business with Brownells should have my head examined for changin

Very unhappy with the way they handled my order. They canceled it and didn’t follow up. When I called to check on my order, I found out it was canceled. So I reorder and was told they couldn’t be certain when they could get to me. It would be up to a week past the original delivery date they provided. I have purchased from them many times in the past and never had an issue. This was a complete train wreck. I know that sometimes things don’t go perfectly. If they would have offered to overnight the items to a different address it would have eliminated the problem. But they didn’t offer to take care of me.

Don't buy from midway. Not only do they charge you 10 percent restocking fee for something that isn't your fault but they charge you shipping even though no where on their policies does it say that. Then they use excuses when you asked why you are being charged for shipping when it doesn't say anything about that on their return policy. especially when 3 employees told you before you returned it that since it wasn't your fault that you wouldn't be charge!

Bought a cold steel recon knife and found the price two days later to be $21.00 cheaper so I called and asked them if they would refund the difference, they then started to hide behind a plethora of excuses, noteably the "our policy" excuse , now I asked them how many of your customers actually know all of your policies and guidelines, never did get an answer! I was also told that the price is a "flyer" price " which I had never heard of before, and they said they don't refund prices that fall under this catagory. Even the person I talked to admitted that they don't ask about all the all the policies and guidelines when they order on line{hypocracy} So becareful when you order from this company. Been a customer for years but they just lost one.

They must have monkeys working in the warehouse I ordered a Lee semi-wad cut 45 caliber six position bullet mold and they send me an AR-15 pistol Barrel this isn't the first time they have screwed up my order but it will be the last cuz I will never do business with Larry potterfield or Midway USA again f- failure

I feel the company cheated me. An item was on sale, and I bought it on the 12th of the month. I received it around the 16th. On the 19th I received an email promoting the exact item for $35 less than I paid for it. I called and requested a credit towards future purchases (I didn’t even request a refund). I was refused. They claimed that their policy prevented it, yet in their "Terms of Sale" as listed on their website, there is no such policy stated. I am opting out of their email and will never purchase anything from them again. Note that this was just after a $200 order earlier in the month. I had always been happy with them in the past. This is unfortunate. They just didn't care.
