I purchased two monopods while on vacation in Hawaii. I paid extra for shipping as i needed it delivered to the hotel before i left for Australia. The goods turned up on time exactly as they indicated when the goods were processed. I'd definitely use them again

I had purchased a $17 Instructors belt, I gave it 2 stars because the buckle fell apart within 2 weeks. Midway saw this and chose to replace the belt on their own! I am very satisfied with the way Midway has stepped up, on their own, and took care of me! I will continue to buy from them!

Have ordered from midway over a dozen times now. I went in cautious as their are so many negatively written reviews and to be honest all that did was make me pay more in shipping because I didn't want to place a large order with no past experience with the company. While my overall experience has been great with them it is worth mentioning that their economy shipping utilizes ups smart post meaning they hand off the package to local usps for final delivery. Do yourselves a favor and either wait till you need more then a few small items and place a 100$+ order as they often offer free shipping at that point and you can choose ups final delivery and get your order on time. If that is not an option and you want a guarantee of timely delivery with accurate tracking pay the extra 5$ for upgraded delivery. I have used economy delivery and had no serious issues aside from delays after usps got there hands on the package, while I still received the items they were almost always 2+ days behind.

I'm a retired combat instructor, long time reloader and avid shooter, I've bought from Midway for many years, have gotten several orders in just the last 5 months.I have yet to have any problems with them at all ! The only negative thing I can say at all is there has been more out of stock items recently; but the same thing is true and can be said of many sights, especially a company like Midway that offers so many things. I have dual residence and often order from 1 state and ship to the other, so far my orders have been right on time and location ! I never fail to add the NRA Round-up to my bill, It Does Make A Difference. For those of you with a bad experience, please try Midway again.

I ordered from MidwayUSA on a Wednesday afternoon and got my package Friday afternoon...no expedited delivery requested or paid for! Easy to use website, great purchase/shipment updates and again...the shipping rate was very reasonable (due to weight) and lightening fast! Will be making all future ammo purchases from this site!

I love doing business with Midway because they take care of problems as quickly as they take care of sales. I recently had a shipment missing one item. I sent an email and they responded immediately with a credit to my credit card (the hard to find item was out of stock). Their shipping is extremely fast and their prices very competitive and they send great value offers via email.

Have ordered twice from them now. Both times after receiving a text about the product becoming available. My order was filled and shipped within hours! WOW!!!!! I will try to order all my gear through them from now on.
