MidwayUSAReviews of midwayusa.com

I can't believe these terrible reviews I'm reading honestly. I've bought from this company for a LONG time always prompt always spot on and always correct. Don't buy into the negative reviews they're the only people who care to review. Sissys. Order with confidence, during hard and troubling times such as covid I've gotten 4 orders within less than a week each. Buy with confidence, and i only post this because I can't believe people are complaining about this amazing company who still has very good deals in a time when everyother literally every other company and online site is price gouging horrendously. Thank You MidwayUSA

I’ve been a Midway customer for several years, but recently was reminded of another benefit of doing business with them When you register as a customer and sign up for their emails etc, they ask for your birthdate. Well, I just assumed, because certain of their products can’t be sold to minors in some states. BUT WAIT! I HAD FORGOTTEN: close to my birthday, my email had a discount coupon from Midway. Excellent! Took advantage of that to order a high-powered lite for my home defense firearm! WooHoo! Thanks, MidwayUSA! And by the way, I definitely do not understand all the negative reviews on this site. That is absolutely NOT what you will find on most sites. Midway not only has a huge selection of outdoor gear, they are tops for customer service. No I am not an employee nor a family member. LOL!

i have bought cannon powder, clips, and magazine loaders. I have very happy with the service, products, prices. chuck c.

Great company with excellent customer service. Their shipping speed has stayed fast despite the current issues which have thrown their competitors off.

They have excellent customer service when it comes to solving a problem and satisfying the customer - that's when it really counts. I realized a couple of days after I placed a holster order that I ordered the wrong type. I emailed customer service and they responded the next business day. The rep said she would put in a stop for the order and then my charges would be credited to my credit card. 10 days later, I checked my Midway account to see they returned my holster and credited my credit card as she promised! And I wasn't charged any return fee. I went ahead and placed the correct order today. I've order a holster and mags from them in the past and quality and timeliness were impeccable.

I decided to get into the reloading game at the worst time possible, during the covid19 pandemic. I searched high and low for a Lee loadmaster that comes with a 9mm setup. Midway had the only one I could find and I looked everywhere. I was reluctant to order from midway because the online reviews are pretty scary, but they had what I was after so I took the risk. Not only was midway the only store that didn’t have a “out of stock” notification by this press, but it was also was the least expensive. As I was checking out I was also informed that my purchase came with free shipping. I figured that at the very least I’d be waiting a while for them to ship. Wrong again! I paid Friday and my order was in the mail Monday and they emailed tracking info. I’m very pleased with the service I received from midway and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have purchased an ATN thor HD scope and an ATN Binox 4K and absolutely love it, great pricing, better shipping, and unbelievable quality, I will definitely be using MidwayUSA for my future ATN optic needs.

I have placed many orders and have had only one problem which stemmed from the delivery company and not MidwayUSA. I got in touch with Midway and they quickly resolved the issue.
