Order cancelled without any reason …. Poor and impolite customer service

Poor customer service, slow shipping. They are Blaming the post office. I ordered on 7-5 2024. It's 7-19-2024 and still nothing. Tracking says it's been sitting in MO since 7-6. They told me to call on the 29th if I hadn't received it for a reship or refund. No one I talked to was understanding or helpful. I won't order from midway again. Used to be a good supplier but times have changed.

Purchased an item on 6-1-24. I paid for the item and completed checkout. On 6-2-24 I was charged a “new” price for the item. Customer service claimed that the system had updated the price. Their website clearly states that taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If their system doesn’t give you the correct amount at checkout, how can you trust them. Customer service refused to honor the original price. The item was in Transit and not returnable. After I finished talking to customer service, I was notified by UPS that MidwayUSA had requested the item be returned to them. So instead of honoring the original price, it appears that midwayusa has cancelled the order. Now I am waiting for them to cancel the two charges against my credit card. Stay away from this company.

Bought product from Midway USA broke first time using it, chatted with customer service will not help me out told me i had to reach out to manufacturer. I told them this is not customer service. Will never buy from Midway again Product is AR-15 Delta Ring Tool. Piece of junk wasn't welded like it should have been.

The instruction pamphlet is useless and is just general information about several lines of firearms. No useful pictures or illustrations. This weapon CANNOT BE OPERATED SAFELY WITH THE PAMPHLET PROVIDED. Detailed pictures and illustrations needed. No detectable customer service or tech support. Buy this weapon as a black powder arms novice and you're stuck. Can't be returned so I reckon I'll just stick it in the closet and forget about it.

They sent me a pistol in a soft bubble rap envelope , need less to say it was damaged, I’m done with them.had them delete my account.

Ordered 9 mm mags. Ordered twice trying to get the right ones First ones never got here. Second ones got here but where wrong caliper. They wanted to charge me alot more for the ones I would be ordering the third time. I will be sending these back . Without ordering again ALL I WANTED IS WHAT I ORDERED. At the price I ordered it at. All I can say is buyer beware.

My wife ordered me a part from Midway USA and sent it in my name to our home of residence. They called like we were scamming and didn’t own the credit cards and gave us a very hard time. Poor unprofessional conversation don’t buy for these people they’re garbage I’m not saying this because I’m upset the experience of how I got treated. Claim they canceled my order, but my order still saying pending, and I have not got a refund yet I recommend do not buy unless you aware how they operate
