OK, so I saw all these absolutely negative reviews and was just about to totally forget about Midway USA but decided I would take a chance because their price for the Pelican V800 double rifle case was by far absolutely the lowest. Every other retailer lists it for around $200. Some with some without free shipping. Midway's price was $149. AND free shipping. So off I went and placed my order online. When I placed the order on 9/28/20 my estimated delivery date was 10/5. I received an email confirmation on the very next day that the order was shipped. Now most of us know that a lot of these companies will just create a label tell you it's shipped and the thing sits in a warehouse for a week, so I was skeptical. The following day I received an email from UPS that the item was in their possession and in route to me. So I then started a chat session to ask if this thing was going to be shipped in a box because I read some reviews about other companies slapping a label on the case itself and sending it out. The case inevitably arrives scuffed and scratched. I was shocked that I only waited about 3 minutes for someone to chat with because many other reviews on this site say nobody answered on the chat request. The case arrived today 10/2, a full 3 days early. It arrived boxed and in pristine condition. This is my first experience with Midway USA and it's been flawless. As far as I can see, they say what they're going to do and do what they say. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I see all the negative posts and had second thoughts about ordering but I used some logic. Most happy customers these days are too busy to take a minute to post a positive review. I was one of them. I figured companies are SUPPOSE to deliver the right produce and on time so I almost didn't post my review. I ordered 1,000 rounds of 9MM and it showed the delivery date as 2 weeks. I followed the progress of my UPS tracking and saw it was shipped the day after I ordered it. Then in 4 more days it arrived. Almost a WEEK early!! I am very impressed with their products and service. Definitely will order again. All you guys who get good service need to get off your butts and post so the rest of us know.

Finally found some 9mm ammo in stock. Ordered late on a Friday 9/18. Got shipping info and tracking number on Saturday morning 9/19. Estimated delivery was 9/25. Checked the tracking number Monday 9/21, and it was due to be delivered today 9/22. 3 days faster than the estimate. It was well packaged and correct. I've seen all these bad reviews but it seems things are getting back to normal. I'd order from them again and likely will soon.

I recently got a notification of some ammo back in stock,I quickly purchased it and was notified about items being ready to ship.Within 3 days my boxes of ammo arrived.Same with my 2 belts I order.No problem.Arrived sooner tham expected

Purchased a fishing rod from MidwayUSA despite the negative reviews. Zero issues with purchasing or shipping. Most of the negative reviews stem from either firearm or ammo purchases I've noticed, perhaps as a buyer you should learn your states laws regarding buying those items first.

Nothing but great things to say about MidwayUSA. I bought a Real Avid tool kit for $249.99. On the day I received it I noticed the price on their website was lowered to $199.99. I sent an email to customer service asking if they would be able to refund me the difference. I received an auto reply shortly after, and it explained that their customer service department was experiencing extremely heavy traffic, and that it might take several days to get back to me. They went into detail about how hard they were trying to catch up, and apologized for any delays. It only took about another 24 hours, and I was contacted by a representative who let me know that they credited me for the difference in price. I logged in to double check, and was happy to see it was indeed all taken care of. Very nice job by Midway, and they certainly earned my future business.

My first few experiences with MidwayUSA.com were bad, particularly with shipping speeds and one package getting lost in transit. Now, somehow during the pandemic they have improved their logistics so much that this is one of the very few retailers I trust, and they have become my go to for pretty much everything I normally ordered through other competitors. In these times, it's worthwhile calling this out. So kudos to Midway for improving their shipping speeds, and earning my trust.

I’m actually shocked to see the negative reviews about MIDWAYUSA. I’ve ordered from them several times over the past 4 years or so and NEVER had an issue.
