I never received my item. They apparently sent it without tracking over 2 weeks ago and have not received anything. It was shipped through USPS as a "package" so I should have had it at least show up under informed delivery and nothing. I chatted with them and was told I would have to wait almost a month to file a claim for the loss of it and THEN they will try to rectify it. It's a pretty important part to fix my gun and they're expecting me to wait a month plus to MAYBE have a new one shipped. I will not use them again.

Bought a scope mount from them 15+ years ago after several back and forth emails with them to ensure it would work with the rifle and scope. I sent them all the specs and did not think it would work but they assured me there would be clearance. I should have trusted my judgment and not their “expert” as it did not work. After dealing with them I decided it was easier to buy a new scope instead of returning the mount. Even though I said I would never do business with them again I bought a scope from them, because it said it would arrive by the time I needed it. Shame on me, 1 full week after the advertised delivery date I call UPS who tells me it’s lost call Midway. I call midway who tells me they can’t do anything for another 5 days in case UPS finds it. UPS just told me they lost it what more do they need. 1st issue I blame Midway 100%, the shipping issue is more on UPS but do to the lack of help from Midway I will never give them another dime. Bought the same scope on Amazon +$10 and 1 day delivery. I know will arrive on time. Shame on me for trusting Midway and trying to save $10. Never again Midway. Never Again! Need to return an item that weights less than 1oz? They charge you $12 for their "free" returns. Never do business with these lying companies who false advertise. The items were pretty beat up, too.

I ordered a safety latch for my AR. I received it and it was a previously returned part. It was scratched and missing a part. I tried to get a return/refund but they wanted to charge a $9.95 fee for refund. For a bad part they sent! I opted for the replacement and have emailed them several times. No response. The tracking info states they received the bad part and they've just gone silent. STAY CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES.

Midway shipped me the incorrect ammunition and when I contacted them to try and exchange it for the correct ammunition they refused citing non return company policy on ammunition sales. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers, they are collecting email addresses for their labor day campaign! they post fake coupon codes and then you that you are ineligible to use the code. but to figure out if you can even use the code they make you use an email address that is now spammed by their bots. shame on you midway and shame on the NRA for working with you.

This is evil company, I purchased new gun but obviously they send me DISPLAY MODEL well that gun is played maybe months if not year. If they are honest they should put note next to the gun that piece is Display model not sell you gun for brand new price and send you half a use gun, You cant return the gun once you buy you are cooked, very cheap people and will never order from them just want to share with others.

I ordered a Browning Silver 20 guage and waited months for it to get in stock. Upon notification the FFL dealer at Buckutunna Feed and Seed sent their information twice to Midway USA whom for some reason are unable to locate the information. The customer service rep wanted me to call them and find out who they were sending it to after being on hold for two calls for 20 and 30 minutes instead of calling them back. I cancelled the order and will never do business with Midway again. They did nothing to rectify their problem and were more than eager to cancel the order! You've got a huge problem Mr. Potterfield!
