I had an FTP problem. Support just kept repeating what shouldn't be happening but didn't offer any helpful suggestions about how to correct it. I moved to another host and FTP works fine there using the same client app.

replied once, with an commen answer, which helped me with nothing, i connected the vpn and the cpanel opend, but the wordpress still not opening
