My first bill was for repairing my car aircondishner.machanical labor 54.00.Evacuate and Recharge Refrigerant 179.99.R134A Refrigerant -Non-inventory 18.99 Subtotal 252.98 part 18.99,labor 233.99 shop supplies 12.65.subtotal 265.53 taxes hst /GST/-13%=34.53 bal 300.16 now the o ring is shot I say I don't want to spend any more money on the car.I pay the 300.16on my Scotia visa.when I drive to go home I figured it's hot on this car so I drive back to Midas and ask if they can fix the car for the 400.00 he told me that they could fix it.they say no come back tomorrow at 1 pm.So I come back Saturday July 4th at 12.45pm.they say it would take 1.5 hrs at a cost of 650.00 because it's so hot I say go ahead and fix it.,2hrs later he says it's fixed and you have cold air but you need an air Conditioning compressor R&R 279.98 A/C Compressor 699.99 I already paid 1036.90 between Friday and Saturday and it's still blowing hot air.I give this place a zero for being untruthful and not fixing the problem just to suck a 77 yr old man out of his money.I would never go back.This place is on the corner speedvale Ave and Woolwich St Guelph Ontario.

après avoir pris rendez en ligne pour ma climatisation , je me suis vu annulé le RDV sur place .la societe ne pouvait pas prendre en compte ma climatisation qui ne faisait pas de froid et ne faisait pas de recherche de fuites.... bizzare

My college student daughter went to Midas of Hadley for oil change in April and they told her that the car needs all four brake rotors, pads and one caliper without even taking the wheels off. I took the car to my trusted mechanic yesterday, had it inspected ( $50 ) - absolutely nothing wrong found, pads are 6-7 mm. Called Mike Garcia - " service adviser " and a liar, he hung up on me. This place is a scam, please avoid.

My car was shuddering i turned it in they said it needed a catalytic convertor that they had one and it would be 3 days to fix and I had to pay inadvance. OK called they said it be a week OK called they said 2weeks OK called they said 3weeks OK called they still don't even have a part they have stolen and not fixed my car

Went for brakes on 6/11 2026 at 8.00 am was told didn't need front so paid 900 + dollars for rear only had to call shop on 6/12 truck still not finished picked up around 10 Sunday morning no emergency brake on Monday morning took it back ther excuse was didn't see loose pads when confronted manager acted like no issue would drive out of state before ever using another midas

I’ve used this store for years to do my oil changes and a job that should only take 15 to 20 minutes takes them well over an hour every time and I’m always the first one there with no one else in the bays and still it takes them over an hour every time! Secondly twice now with the full inspection of my car they have lied to me telling me my brake lines were bad wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars but I found out from another certified mechanic that it wasn’t true! So they offered me a free oil change for me not to post a bad review about them so I didn’t well this last time they checked my brakes and they told me my front brake pads which I already knew were bad needed to be replaced fine but they told me my rotors needed to be replaced which wasn’t true I’m tired of going in there and them telling me things that aren’t true just to make more money!!!! They didn’t show me anything and I’m sure they realize I know nothing about cars so they can just tell me anything and I’ll believe it and just have them do it! Really?? Wow

Ik had een afspraak gemaakt bij Midas Hove om 10u, na meer dan twee uur kwam ik terug om te kijken hoe het verliep ervan uitgaande dat ze bijna klaar zouden zijn met het onderhoud van de wagen. Ze waren toen net begonnen aan mijn wagen. Ze vertelden me, nogal bruut, dat ze mij gingen bellen als het klaar was en dat ze veel afspraken op hetzelfde moment hadden staan door het online systeem…. Ik kan toch moeilijk een hele dag uitrekenen voor gewoon een onderhoud van mijn wagen, ik heb andere afspraken waar in moet zijn. Waarom maak je anders een afspraak?

Had an appointment at 9am. 1020 am my car never moved. I took my keys and went to another place. I went in for NYS inspection. The people at 1742 Sunrise Highway Bay shore. I would not recommend going for any service. Poor service
