I bought tires got less than a year out of them then was told there was no warranty after they recommend the tires I ask to speak to the manager and was told the same so what ever you do don't go to then especially if you are a woman they will rip you off!!

Had an appointment at 9am on Saturday March 20, 2021 at the location on Perrin Beitel road in San Antonio, Texas. It is now 11:15am and they have still not pulled my car back to start the work. It is just me and one other customer sitting in the waiting room, and one car in the bay. Do not come here, do not be fooled by the Groupon deal, I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to coming here.

Bob the manager at Gresham, OR store said "F you" to me on the phone and hung up on me. He convinced me I needed to spend $2,655 to replace the clutch on my 2011 Camaro, when I called the afternoon my car was supposed to be ready Bob told me his mechanic didn't show up for work so it wouldn't be ready for 3 or 4 more days. I reported this to the owner of this franchise via a voice message, but he never contacted me. The GM Mike did speak with me and said it was absolutely wrong for Bob to have said "f you" to me. Bob never called me to apologize for cursing at me and he did not apologize when I picked up my car, he just acted like nothing ever happened and took every part of my $2,996.91 payment. After being a good customer to this Midas for 1 1/2 years, and after referring at least 2 people to them, I will never use their services again. I recommend that you stay away from them too!! You don't even deserve 1 star, but I couldn't post this review without clicking on at least one of them.

* I went to the Midas Auto Repair on 351 West Main Street, Hendersonville, TN on Monday 3/1/21 for an oil change close to my house because I found a coupon on the internet. * Christopher the manager said the oil change would be 40$. During the oil change he came to me with the Air Filter in hand and said it was dirty and needed to be changed. I told him “That’s ok my husband always changes the filters for me”. When it came to pay the charge was $49.99 plus tax. When I asked if he applied the coupon he said yes. $49.99 instead of $89.99. * I didn’t use my car till 5 days later to go with my husband to buy the replacement filters. While driving we could hear a rattling that wasn’t there before. When we got home my husband opened the hood to replace the filter and saw the Engine Air Intake Hose was just resting on top not attached at all because the side clips were broken off and the screws were missing!! We took pictures and he replaced the Air Filter. He taped the piece best he could and we drove back to Midas. * When we got there we explained what we found and Christopher pretended to not know what an Engine Air Intake Hose was. When the mechanic who had worked on my car came out he said I came in with the Intake hose like that. He said the clips just break off when you drive the car. * My husband is the only person to touch that part when he changes the filter and it was fine last time he did the work. You can see on one of our photos that in fact there were screws holding the front part down because there are screw holes that are clean and there is dirt around the part where the screws are missing. The side clips that were once there are now broken off. My husband looked up the parts we need to replace and they cost almost $100 and then there’s labor cost. * Christopher said he believes his mechanic and basically he wasn’t interested in helping us. Laughing at us he said my car was old and it normal for it to brake off like that. My car is 6 years old with 54,000 miles. We take care of our cars and I don’t consider my car old! * When he treated us like we were stupid my husband got mad and raised his voice. Then Christopher threaten to call the police. We said fine and we both called the police. When the police came and heard our stories they said we should contact Midas Corporate and not use Midas anymore for repairs. * We certainly won’t use this Midas anymore but how is that ok to go to get an oil change and drive away with broken parts? Looks like this oil change cost me somewhere between $160-$300!!!! Crazy and certainly not right!!!!

I’ve used the same Midas ( Happy Valley ) for years. This time the guy at the counter was very rude. Told me “ at some point , I don’t give recommendations anymore “. Well excuse me for being poor and a single lady. My check engine light was on because it needed an oil change, it still is, weird. Shouldn’t that be part of their stellar service. I was very disappointed by his customer service. Won’t be returning to that shop.

Midas Murfreesboro TN, avoid like the plague. Never seen a gang so dishonest. I did not see a satisfied customer leave that place in the 5.5 hours I had to wait for service, even with a appointment. I chose not to let them do the work after watching their procedures all day.

Had them replace my water pump which they didn't properly install. The work they did resulted in a blown head gasket and me not having a car. They didnt follow proper procedure or handle my situation right at all. District manager and owner will not return my calls and the owner will not accept the small claims papers.

Jan 20th 2021 We took the 2012 Subaru Legacy to fix the exhast system and left it at Midas Westborough to give us an estimate. Instead he did an inspection of all parts of the vehicle. Tyler the district manager then called me and told me that the following would need work. 1) Exhaust Exit pipe 2) 4 Struts 3) Drive Train and CVT Drain Fluids 4) Radiator Coolant He told me the cost of about $3000 and I should have stopped him from doing the work. He said that 4 struts needed replacement and one was leaking. When I reviewed the work sheet it said only that the struts were Degraded Ride/Control. The work sheet has a separate check for leaking. So, I feel he lied to me about the struts. I have the work sheet and will attach it. I returned the car the next day to Midas(Jan 21st) since I noted they forgot to put bolts on the bottom plastic shield. I asked them to inspect the work after they attached the bolts and they said it was fine. The next day, I noted fluid leak on my garage floor and decided I could not trust Midas and took it to Anchor Subaru(Anatosios Barakos 401-760-1199) for evauation. They found a leaking front axile seal that may have been caused by Midas. They also noted that the anti-freeze Midas used was wrong for Subarus. They require a Blue type and Midas used green. They also were surprised at the work Midas did and felt it was not required to drain fluids. They stated the struts should only be replaced if leaking or broken. Antosios will provide more details. Lastly Midas did an alignment and failed to give me a documents showing what was adjusted.
