So before I took my Jetta here for a synthetic oil change my car was fine. They also rotated my tires and ever since December 9th. My shakes car so bad .when I get up to 40 it starts to shimmy. So I called Midas about balancing my tires and they charge separate for that, more than what I was willing to pay. I called Discount Tire about balancing my tires and they charged way less and so I went there. They ended up telling me that I needed to get two tires replaced because they were bald and so I did and also they balanced out all four of my tires. Midas just told me on different occasions they could rotate the tires back to where they were before they were rotated . I will not ever go back here. They thing is I've always gone for oil changes. Haven't ever had a problem.

Get call from work. NOT happy not there when said. Was To be there AT 11. Talking to woman outside with SAME issues. MO being IGNORANT. She left unhappy customer One guy comes to tell me car is ready. So. Now I come in to get MY car. MO wanting James to call the police because I am NOT allowed in service area when told I could sit in car while being serviced. Car is DONE so they say. Won't let me now take car out. Some unknown name trying to talk. MO comes back and forth calling me a "F_____" crazy lady. Still won't let me take car. Cops coming. NOW. Could lose MY job due to MO. HE WAS ignorant from time spoke to him upon arriving. MIDAS. Shame on YOU.

Made an appointment online and when I went in the next day was told I never made an appointment. I have printout of confirmation of the appointment. Then told that my lifetime guarantee for the brakes was no good without even looking at the brakes. Then told they couldn't even service my truck stating that they didn't have a life to support it, when it was their store that did the work in the first place. Never going to the store on Iliff again or Midas for that matter. Poor customer service!!

I bought a 2013 Equinox, took it to Midas, US 31 in Greenwood, to be evaluated. I paid $900 for diagnosis and service, “computer error.” Josiah, store manager, told me not to take it back to Beck Toyota, he would be able to fix it. He even looked me in the eye and told me that he would make sure that my car was locked, IT WASNT LOCKED that night!! A week and a half later my car stops in heavy traffic w my elderly mother. We had to stand on the side of the highway for two hours for triple AAA to pick us up. Midas tells me $6,000 for a used engine. Do not trust MIDAS to diagnose your vehicle and to fix it properly. No apology no refund. Both times that I went to Midas there were ants crawling out of the coffee creamer. Is it because we are women, is it because my mom is a senior citizen, is it because we have no clue about cars? What crooks taking advantage of us, putting our lives in danger.

I purchased a set of 4 tires and new brakes for my SUV on 17NOV2021, accepting the tire recommendations made by the Midas rep via the phone. I picked up my vehicle after closing, drove home (3 minute drive, 1.3 miles, nearly all in a residential neighborhood). While I was retrieving items from my other car minutes after arriving home, I heard a hissing noise and observed that one of the brand new tires was going flat. I don't have a jack, so AAA came and changed the tire. The AAA technician inspected the tire for the cause of the leak, could find no damage, and stated "it's a bad seal, looks like you got a bum tire which happens sometimes. Don't let them put this same tire on your vehicle." Disappointed, since it meant another day of the car in the shop, but out of my control. Less than 90 minutes after picking up my car, on 17NOV2021, it was sitting back in the Midas lot with the spare on it, and the brand new flat tire in the trunk. Of course, I assumed Midas would just make it right for me by replacing the tire. However, shockingly, I was told that I needed to buy another tire. The Midas employee mysteriously found a 1 inch 'perfectly clean' (his words) cut in the sidewall of the tire, not found the evening before. I was sold a bum tire that didn't even make it 2 miles (again, through a residential neighborhood, no damage anywhere else on the vehicle or tire) or somehow Midas found a perfect cut in the tire that wasn't observed the night before (by AAA, who had no incentive to find or ignore damage). Additionally, the folks at Midas keep discussing a "Road Hazard Warranty", which according to Midas, means that without the additional purchase they do not stand behind the product or service once the vehicle leaves the lot. Completely pathetic. I'm extraordinarily displeased with the outcome. Garbage product, even worse customer service. And, the $50 reimbursement offered by Midas doesn't come close to covering the ~$230 cost for my '5th' tire, not to mention the inconvenience. Reiterating my request that Midas reimburse me the full cost, plus compensate me for my time.

Charged way higher for brakes than regular shop i go to. Henderson Hwy location. Mgr Mike said all he could do was give me a free oil change & he wasn’t concerned how i feel. “How you feel is how you feel”…

Was kept waiting there for three hours for them to do a 20 minute repair, even though I had an appointment. Been a regular customer up to now, won't be going back there again.

Damaged vehicle while putting on lift for oil change and getting breaks checked. Then manager was rude. Witnessed by the mechanic next to the individual who did the damage. Called the corporate number and even had GM on record admitting the damage but saying it isn't that damaged. Told me to just go elsewhere. Then we find out that she leaked the oil all down the engine and didn't tighten the filter after she unscrewed it. Possibly more damage now. Had to get a rental as now car is in shop. Don't go here. I would list the 3 names of the individuals, but I think it is better to just avoid the business completely. Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service and obviously they don't know what they are doing and don't care about other people's property. And the saga continues. Still no results from Midas in general. Obviously even the corporate offices of midas don't care about customers either. No call backs either.
