wasted my time, didn't honor the appointment time

Car had an Engine Light lit as well running rough. I took the vehicle into Midas, 226 St Anne’s Road, they did a scan from which was told the vehicle needed a tune-up, they showed me the list, the issue would then be cleared. As I was paying for my bill, I was then told that a fuel injection valve required replacement, would be another $700 plus dollars, I declined. I drove away, same issues were present, engine light as well running rough. I went back to Midas and was then told that this condition would remain after the valve replacement. Leads me to believe if a proper diagnosis was made, I wouldn't need the tune up but rather a valve replacement! There was no test drive by the mechanic prior to release back to me. I was there from 08:00AM to 14:00.

My daughter took her car into Midas for brakes and for them to check her car out. She picked her car up and now it’s making a noise when she turns her car on. It drives horrible and they told her there’s nothing else they can do for her. They told her that how her car sounded when she took in there. This is not true. They messed her car up and now refuses to look at it. Not to mention they had her car for 6 days. I will never do business with them again. She spent over $1600 and her car is worst now.

My 2012 Nissan Murano just stopped running at a stop sign and white smoke was coming out of the hood compartment and the exhaust pipe. The car was towed to Midas in Nanuet. I called the shop to let them know the car was coming and I explained to Mike the situation and I told him the engine light was also on. After diagnostic Mike called me saying I need the following parts: radiator, alternator, battery and 4 tires. The total was $4,104. When I went to pick up the car, the engine light was one and the car started shaking. I brought it back to the shop. After waiting for five days, a technician called me saying that I had to pay another $1500 to replace the spark plug and the coil, AND HE WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ALTERNATOR. According to him, that was the reason why the car was shaking. Mike corrected him and said the alternator was under warranty, but Mike asked me to pay $900 to get the coil and the spark plug replaced. DO NOT GO THERE. RIP OFF CITY

I had a clutch replaced. Sent it in a few months later. It wasn't working right. Blew it off as no big deal. Went 3 months after that. It was working really bad. Hard to put my manual in gear. Told me my transmission was shot. It would cost around 6000 to fix. Took it to a local mechanic and he told me my clutch was bad. Still no response to replace my clutch from midas and if I could give them .1 as a rating I would. Never trust this company or any of their warrantees.

My last trip into Midas will be my last. The waiting room smelled of cigarette smoke and that came in every time the door opened to the garage from the service area. When I got my car back it reeked of smoke. And I don't and never have allowed anyone to smoke in my car. The drivers seat was wet and a large brown stain was left. It sure didn't look like anyone tried to clean it up.

went for an oil change and tire rotation and when they said they were all done they had not rotated my tires and just told me i needed new ones. they are just a bunch of scammers. they also gave me synthetic oil when i asked for regular and charged me double.

Daar sta je dan met een lekke band, op de site van Midas staat er letterlijk geschreven : "geschikte oplossing om je band te herstellen, met of zonder afspraak, zelfs tijdens de lunchuren". Ja hoor, bel je om toch even zeker te zijn, krijg je te horen dat ze je er niet tussen willen nemen. Nooit meer Midas voor mij, zaken op je website zetten maar ze niet waarmaken, schandalig.
